The goods in the boutiques are more expensive than in other shopping centers, the Magnum downstairs is large, in general, there are not so many visitors. I mostly go to Magnum. It's just a nightmare... They always have problems with prices. As soon as there is a discount on any product, the price at the checkout is necessarily different and every time they say the same thing: "this is the old price, they forgot to change it." You constantly have to prove, show a photo of the product, log into the Magnum app and show that the product is worth a discount. And the staff is always ignorant of anything, no matter what they ask, they don't know anything.

We stopped at the magnum at the Ritz Palace, arrived home, a message comes from Kaspi about the purchase, although we paid in cash, and were already at home, I look at the wallet, there is no card. Next sms, you entered the pin incorrectly. Blocking the card. The next day I figure it out, I find by the transaction number that the payment took place at the Ritz Palace. I look at the cameras, and I see how at 18.07 the Ritz Palace security guard pays with our card through the cash register, buying a mango/pineapple tea drink, and at 18.12 he went to the Caspi ATM to withdraw cash. By the way, when we were standing at the stained-glass window at the entrance with purchases, waiting for the car, he stood inside and stared at us intently, he had a chance to return the card, as it should be in his profession, but he did otherwise. His name is Asan, we found out that too. We thought we'd tell the administration everything by phone, but it's impossible to get through to them from the word at all!

In general, it's a good shopping center, of course the parking is tiny, but at least it is there, unlike the same business centers and shopping centers nearby. Placing the Magnum inside was the right decision. There is a place to buy food at relatively reasonable prices, unlike local shops, whose owners believe that all the locals are oligarchs. Boutiques are not interesting. There are restaurants.
