Excellent company, good tours, experienced staff. There are individual and group tours. We were accompanied by an excellent guide George and manager Edith, who solves all issues.

The tour operator is only interested in making a profit. Therefore, they don't care about tourists. The buses promise to be comfortable, in fact, what was, was adjusted. There is a separate "song" with the armor of the rooms. Tourists will be moved from rooms to rooms, from hotel to hotel, because another batch of tourists is on the way and rooms are needed for them. When you turn to the operator, the arrows are being transferred. In fact, it turns out that the air carrier is to blame))).

Good afternoon, we had a vacation in Georgia in July. To say that we liked everything very little. We are thrilled!!! Constant care and guardianship of the employees of the company Arthur and Edith, wonderful hotels throughout the tour, a super guide and a wonderful Ketevan woman, a professional in his field and just a great Person - the driver Mikhail, as well as other employees, thanks to whom our vacation took place! Not everything that was prescribed in the tour was fulfilled, but to our indignation about this, the director wrote "if someone is not satisfied with something, you have 20 minutes to pack your things and check out of the hotel ..." If you do not want to get into the same situation and spoil your vacation, I advise you never contact this company.

A review has been provided regarding the Charming Georgia tour. 1. Upon arrival, you will be immediately pleased that the tour program is not entirely relevant and the host party has been asking for changes for a long time. I would like to note separately that this is the 13th group for the season! At first glance, there was no critical change from the announced changes: one dinner was removed (because there is simply nowhere to eat at all that evening) and visits to some sites were postponed from one day to another. 2. As it turned out later, even these changes are not what you will be offered in the end. For example, instead of going on an excursion, you will be taken to the winery with a tasting (in fact: a bait shop), where you will spend 2-3 hours of time, will not get to the object stated in the program and will return to the hotel by 10 pm, i.e. you will not have free time at all to walk around the city on your own Tbilisi. At the same time, it is served under the guise that the group itself decided so, although you will be told how bad the trip to the object that is in the program is!!! and how bad it is, not convenient, etc. and the winery is just TOP! 3. Lunches/dinners are a separate story... they're sooooo long. Each such meal in the program turns into a binge with wine and tea lasting 1.5-2.5 hours - this is what you will do on an excursion tour! 4. Sometimes you have to pull out useful information from the accompanying person with ticks, but when there will be a binge and where you will always know! 5. Hotels are in the program and contract The hotel in Batumi is clearly indicated. In fact, they can give you another hotel, because the travel agency recruits more people than there are rooms at all in the specified hotel and forgets to clarify that there may be another hotel (emphasis was placed on this when booking). At the same time, the travel agency believes that it has the right to do so and this is not their mistake at all, but the norm and they do not deceive anyone, but simply forget to clarify) 6. The escorts allow themselves to set a meeting time for the group and at the same time be 30 minutes late themselves, forcing the whole group to wait at the bus. You won't even get an apology and an explanation of the reason). 7. After drinking, right while the bus is moving, there will be discos inside, with the driver's distraction and with the active support of the accompanying people! 8. The host party of the RIVIERA GROUP and, in particular, its director, will answer all this simply: something you don't like - go on an individual tour, and then everything will be according to the program! The country itself is interesting, beautiful and worth visiting, BUT choose who to go with. The skinshots show examples of communication with the director. I am very glad that the company is "customer oriented" and such feedback from the management can be appreciated by future potential customers! Instead of trying to admit flaws and make yourself better in the future, it's easier to answer: "you're a fool!"

Charuyushaya Georgia tour. In general, the tour is not bad, but the attitude of the director of the Riviera Group towards tourists is simply terrible.
