The delight hotel. Honest 4 stars. Clean, beautiful, the right staff. Everything is cleaned, the pool, a delicious breakfast (buffet) All I needed was orange juice. The rooms are spacious, everything you need is there, cleaning the room makes it new. A comfortable shower with a thermostatic regulator and good pressure. The bed does not fall through and an honest double bed. The price for such luxury in Abkhazia is very reasonable. The restaurant in the hotel, although it bites the prices, but the chefs in the kitchen together with the bar perform. The first of the many visited hotels in Abkhazia, which gave a thrill from staying at the hotel. And most importantly, the normal sound insulation in the room. Next year, without alternatives, here. A new hotel, a good location five minutes to the central embankment, with comfortable pleasant rooms, a small well-maintained territory and a swimming pool, with modern sun beds, and separate gazebos.
Minuses: these are breakfasts, I think the staff is still looking for their concept.
Secondly, there is no sound insulation in the rooms, especially in the bathroom.
Third: the mattress is definitely from the budget series.

We had a rest in September 2024, and stayed in the Riviera for the first time.
A good hotel with breakfast, everything you need for a stay is present, there is a place to walk in the evening, responsive staff, the restaurant cooks well, it's delicious!
I would especially like to mention and thank the receptionist of the hotel Henri, who also organized transfers and excursions, for the warm welcome. The hotel offers unique excursions that allow you to delve deeper into the local culture and history. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail, which made it possible to feel as comfortable and safe as possible. We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel and will definitely recommend it to all our friends and acquaintances. I hope we'll be back next year!!!

Unexpectedly, a very nice new hotel. The rooms are lovely, comfortable bed, with a good mattress, wardrobes, beautiful interior. There is a full line of cosmetics in the bathroom, which is very pleasing. A set of towels, changed every day. Cleaning every day. The breakfasts are delicious. I have not been to the pool on the territory, but the view is beautiful) 5 minutes walk to the beautiful promenade, cafes and restaurants are all nearby. I'll be back at the hotel for sure.

We rested for 5 days at this hotel, it's amazing!The staff is kind and helpful, the hotel area is very gentrified, the pool is a separate thrill! The territory is super, the location of the hotel is almost the first coastline, the rooms are large, we had a large six-bed room, the only minus in the room is a bed that is two-seater very very hard, as if you sit on a chair, others that have separate beds are just super!!! I want to note separately the food, the food suffers very much ... for this amount, which is + food , we expected a Swedish line , but the breakfasts are very very poor , you should put a Swedish line and then the hotel will flourish even better, we would not want to return from the hotel just because of the food((((((If you have a breakfast buffet line, then it will be a thrill!!!! A gorgeous hotel. We had a family vacation in October 2024. The room was triple, clean, modern, stylish design. Cleaning every day, very polite staff. There is an outdoor swimming pool. Positive:The rooms themselves are warm, clean, cleaned every day, they have everything for a comfortable life.
Minuses:At the reception, the issue of replacing the room was resolved for a very long time, while it was only necessary for us, we went up 3 times back and forth (
The restaurant was a complete disappointment, we were in it a year ago-delight, therefore we returned.
But as it turned out, those days were gone when it was really delicious (
Salad with hard avocado, as if it were a key ingredient in a salad (avocado and shrimp) why serve it if you didn't chew through it.
Rolls are a similar situation with avocados, plus they were cut very carelessly.
The smell of the cutlet confused her, either it had been frozen for a long time, or the minced meat was not fresh. Lemonade: we mixed soda with syrup and here you are, but the menu says absolutely different.
It was an important date for us, so we decided to share it as it seemed to us in a wonderful place, but despite all this, we were not offered either a complement due to the current situation or a discount.
There was a similar situation with us: the chefs were brought these dishes, they tasted and came out with apologies, I think this is adequate.

We arrived for 5 days and stayed for 6! Amazing hotel! Breakfast is a buffet, fresh and delicious fruits, we had enough of such a hearty breakfast before dinner. Everything is clean, the rooms are cleaned and the service is top-notch. They respond to any requests with lightning speed. The staff is friendly, they greet you with a smile every time. The sea is very close, but it is not equipped, the reception advised another beach, 5 minutes drive and did not regret it at all. The pool is fire, almost empty, clean. The hotel is in the center of the city, the embankment is nearby, restaurants, in general, all amenities. In general, I highly recommend this hotel

A complete disappointment…Be led by a beautiful picture and good reviews. The territory is small. There is nothing to do at the hotel. There is a river or sewer running next to the pool (something incomprehensible).
After checking into the hotel, we were disappointed almost immediately and decided to leave in advance. We asked the reception to return the money, to which they replied "let's clarify the information", after some time they came back to the reception, to which they replied "we cannot refund the money to you, but we can leave it as a deposit for you or your friends." And what's the point of leaving a deposit if we weren't going to recommend this place to anyone. After long negotiations, we came to the conclusion that the authorities would arrive "tomorrow" and it would be possible to discuss a solution to this problem with them. "Tomorrow" comes, we approach the reception, there is already another administrator there and after we described the situation to her, she replies "there is no management here and you will not be able to communicate with him." Thank you for misinforming!
The result is that the hotel refused to refund the money and did not try to figure out the situation in any way. Moreover, upon arrival, we were not familiarized with the rules of check-in and accommodation, so when we signed the registration card, we had no idea that the amount was non-refundable.
I put 2 stars for the new rooms and a nice waiter girl named Nika, it is immediately clear that the employee is very customer-oriented and attentive to the guests.
I do not recommend the hotel.

This is the 4th hotel in a month in Abkhazia and I can say with confidence that it is the best. It resembles a good hotel in Turkey. Fresh, clean. Good, competent staff. The only hotel in Abkhazia according to the Swedish catering system is the President's hotel (Grace Aqua), but they are very boring. Here you choose the food in the evening, but be sure it is very tasty and very beautiful serving. And besides, they say that the Swedish food system is on the way and will be here soon.
The only drawback is not the first line.
But we have already had enough of the sea, so we are glad that we are here!
I would like to note that my family and I always relax in the best chain hotels around the world, there is something to compare it with, this is a good choice for Abkhazia!

It is a very pleasant place, but for an objective review you need to come here again.
We were at the end of October on rainy days, so we did not appreciate either the proximity to the sea, the pool, or the surrounding locations.
The service itself is good, the restaurant menu is excellent, and parking is convenient.
PS Grilled vegetables in a restaurant are worth coming just for them.

The hotel is new, clean, and has a nice pool. The friendly staff at the reception always solved the issues quickly. The big disadvantage is the hotel restaurant. We had a family vacation for 7 days. All 7 days there were waiters constantly bringing orders for a long time, although you order 1 of 3 types of breakfast per day. Sometimes they brought an extra one, and then it suddenly turned out to be in the estimate for the number recorded. What was ordered at the bar and paid for later was also included in the bill for payment at the reception. A couple of times we waited a long time for room cleaning, we came only by phone at 15:00-16.00

A great hotel! Made with love, every detail is thought out! You don't want to leave the pool, there are sun beds under an umbrella, sun beds right in the water, separate cabins with curtains.
In the restaurant you can choose a dish for every taste!
The absolute level of a good, decent five! The location is excellent, a five-minute walk from the embankment, the president's house, parks.

The hotel is new, so the rooms here are fresh and cozy. It can be seen that the hotel has opened recently. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to help. The rooms are cleaned daily.
The hotel has a restaurant with a beautiful serving and delicious food. There is a swimming pool and a relaxation area on site. Here you can relax after a busy day and enjoy the beauty of nature.

We have not expected anything from Abkhazia for a long time) we have been traveling for many years. But in short: the hotel does not pull for 27 rubles per day.
The price is too high. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST.
In fact, 3 stars should have been put, I don't want to spoil the rating, a new one, maybe everything will still change.
Someone compares it with Turkey. No need.
For number 5! Very large, beautiful, huge 2.2m bed, large balcony, good view from the 5th floor. All the necessary kits are there, excellent cosmetics, bathrobe, slippers.
- the staff is friendly and ready to help
- the territory is well maintained, beautiful plantings and it is clear that everything was done with the soul. The dishes in the restaurant are beautiful, the sun beds are good.
-excellent swimming pool (there is also a children's pool)
- room cleaning every 3 days (I had to ask for toilet paper)
- there is no water available (such as coolers on the floor). We arrived late, the store was closed, and the girls were given a prescription.
- someone left the dishes in the hallway, they were lying there for a day.
I don't know how to rate breakfast. My husband said: I don't eat enough, because it doesn't taste good.
I'll always find something to eat, but he didn't give me pleasure.
The coffee is delicious, the vegetables are good, the pancakes are delicious for me, but immediately with sugar (my husband did not eat because of this).
- One day the eggs were only boiled, approx. And the second one didn't even have boiled ones. There was a glaze of shapes, sad. I asked if it was possible to fry fried eggs (even in the most ordinary hotels, not at the level they claim, this option is available). You can't, the kitchen doesn't work at 8:45.
- For two days there was only melon from fruits!!(my child doesn't eat it.) No banana, no apple. It's the season for figs, plums, and local peaches. Pennies are falling out of all the yards.
- The pastries are stale. Frozen cupcakes are not very high quality, but they taste OK, and the rolls are dry, there is no croissant - just a bun. Sukhumi already has excellent European pastries in some places and a decent level.
-From dairy products, only fresh cottage cheese, Sour cream and milk, kefir. There is no Greek yogurt or other, there was no casserole or cheesecakes (the child does not eat fresh cottage cheese).
I fed the baby empty pasta + tomato in one day.
Second: rice and chicken (dry) + tomato.
But not all children will eat it.
Near the sun beds, people leave bottles of beer, cola (glass that can break). They don't clean it for a very long time.
Plus, you can order food in a swimsuit by the pool and the restaurant is delicious by local standards, but you have to wait a long time for the waiter and you need to go for the menu yourself, for the bill, etc. There is a cat in the yard, I moved away from the table, she ate your food)
We didn't understand at first where so many good reviews came from. We started to see that in the off-season the room cost is about 10 rubles. And the feeling that when booking early, people paid completely different money during the season.
I am completing the review after a conversation with the reception. It is not possible to pay with a card (it turned out that it is possible at check-out). Only transfer to the card. It's the same in the restaurant.
When you know what kind of service and breakfast happens for 27 rubles a day, then of course you get upset)) with red fish, champagne, etc.)
But no one expected this, they just expected a high-quality product and a good choice, which was not the case.
At the check-out, they asked for an opinion about breakfast, we said everything. They indicated that they could not adjust to the Swedish line yet. So there is a chance)!
But for Abkhazia, the conditions of the room and the pool are super!

We stayed at this hotel quite by chance for 1 night (because the hotel where we were supposed to live turned out to be very far from the center of Sukhum) and were very satisfied. The hotel opened less than a year ago and it is gorgeous! For Abkhazia pose 5***** 😀!
Comfortable beautiful rooms, a very wide bed, everything is clean, new, the pool in the courtyard of the hotel (large and clean), cool sun beds, including in the water. The whole restaurant is just shining, delicious cuisine, prices are like in Moscow restaurants. The staff is very helpful and smiling. The location is convenient, 2-3 minutes walk to the embankment. We will definitely come again!

A cool new hotel! Stylish rooms. For me, there were several disadvantages-this is noise insulation, it seems to be absent, especially in the san node. And the fact that smoking is allowed in the rooms. When we stopped by, there were no neighbors and there was no limit to our happiness either, and when they appeared, it became unbearable. Fortunately, we were just leaving that day. Delicious breakfasts and food in the restaurant, a cool pool and a pretty territory. It is convenient that the center is nearby and there are many good restaurants nearby.

I stayed at the hotel from 16 to 26.08.
This is the worst service that can be for 110 thousand for me and a child of 2 years. Breakfast only.
The air conditioning did not work in the room for 3 nights. There are no fans. The issue was resolved only on the third night, when it was already time to swear.
Breakfast! These are the worst breakfasts that can be!! Breakfasts are always the same.
Breakfast is very poor: cheese and doctor's sausage. Sausages, pickles, white bread, sometimes black. Two types of porridge, One compote. Dry cupcakes. Wings of the KFS, pasta. Of the fruits, only watermelon, and then sour (it was practically not eaten). You set the table for yourself, salt, pepper, appliances.
Tea, coffee - order, and pay for eviction)))
I noticed that everyone always ate without much desire. Just because it doesn't taste good.
Room: a hair dryer that blows cold air. A comfortable bed. Room cleaning is just a change of towels. The dishes will never be washed.
Restaurant. He is there, but you will always be "greeted" with a smile. The food is average, expensive, a lot is missing from the menu, or products are being changed.
Definitely not going back to this hotel! I do not recommend my cost at all.
Food is sometimes brought to the room, then refused. Food on request (porridge on water, or omelette) They won't cook it.
Little children have absolutely nothing to eat!
The iron costs one for everyone. It's also folded.
The safe is in the room - it is not bolted!

Very greedy hotel management- booked 3 nights in November 2024 for June 2025. The trip and booking were cancelled on January 13th. For 2 weeks, no one reported a non-refundable advance, on January 26, we call the hotel again and ask them to at least reschedule the reservation for the fall of 2025- again a refusal!
