I am ready to transfer the case materials to the media, as I have evidence of violence against a healthy person. My review with a brief description of this situation concerning my sister has already been published on Google. However, due to the fact that I now live abroad, my application to the prosecutor's office is not accepted to initiate criminal proceedings.
If the media is ready to help me in this matter, I will be grateful. Previously, I personally came to save my sister from this nightmare, and at the moment further actions will require me to spend significant money on lawyers, flights and limit my ability to work fully. They still haven't apologized to us, they haven't admitted their mistakes. Instead, junior staff were simply stripped of bonuses and one employee was fired, who, by the way, had a good reputation in the system. I consider these decisions inappropriate and absurd.
Our statements, including the appeal of a family member, were formally answered with reference to medical confidentiality. The commission that met on this issue did not get acquainted with the case materials and exerted pressure on my sister. I asked you not to start a conversation with her until the evidence of our correctness has been studied. However, they continue to use fake reports and data from the medical record, which is a forgery of documents.
In addition, the videos from August 9 were deleted under the pretext that the recordings are stored for only 2 weeks. However, I have confirmation that I requested to view these recordings in advance - on August 12 or 13, but received a response that they did not have time for this. This terrible medical mistake almost ruined our family's life. If there are those among you who also suffered from the actions: Shilova O.V., Dudar E.V., Nerovnya V.A. - please contact me to file a separate class action. It will have weight. I had another proof of their crime in another family, but this woman is afraid of publicity, I can't use it, I promised her. Perhaps when she sees that there will be at least 2-3 more people affected , she will join us .
