In general, be careful - my cost for the work from the preliminary calculation to the invoice for payment for their work has changed from 315u.e for 1136.99USD + 200 rubles already paid for measurements ... 20min + drive from uruchya to novaya borovaya... And so yes - everything is politely nice and tactful - even like the head tried to call and explain something....
