The hotel is clean, modern, large well-maintained territory, delicious breakfasts, although not very diverse. The staff is friendly, any issues are resolved promptly. Large, spacious parking. The rooms are clean, but the plumbing is already tired, and the view from the window is beautiful.
There is a spa, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and a gym for residents free of charge from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. We were always alone in the pool in the morning, no one else. So maybe it's even a good time to visit.
It should be noted that there are street lights and a lot of garlands on the territory, but for some reason the territory is not illuminated at all at night, only the main entrance to the hotel.
So, if you want to take a walk in the evening, then, alas, either in the dark by touch, or with a flashlight.
As it is, it's generally a good place, I recommend it.

It's pretty good in principle.:
1. The territory is well-groomed, there are many flowers, there are benches for recreation, a Playground, access to the pier, you can order walks on the water, unfortunately you don't walk far along the water, I would like some paths to go further, there is nowhere to go for a walk.
2. The rooms are large enough, the room itself is clean, cleaning is done every day, bathrobes and slippers are provided, the bathrooms are already patched up - dark joints between tiles, leak spots on the ceiling, scuffed door frames, missing kettle - this did not spoil the overall impression, but for this level of the hotel, it would be possible to fix it.
3. Spa complex - up to 11, 4 types of saunas, large swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, bar, the complex itself is very clean
4. As for the food: the breakfasts are delicious, there is a choice, but when you spend a long time, even 4 days, they already start to get boring, because there is not enough variety - the porridge was one kind of fruit, apples, bananas, oranges, but not chopped. In the breakfast area, the armchairs/sofas are also shabby.

A magical place! The territory is beautiful! The landscaping is simply magnificent! There is a large parking lot. There is a spa complex on site, it has a gym, massage, various saunas, a Russian bath. There is a large swimming pool with a bar, and outside there is a hot tub with hot water and an outdoor heated pool, swam in May, very comfortable. The room is clean, daily cleaning. The price includes a buffet breakfast, a large selection of dishes, everything is very tasty. There is a free-standing restaurant nearby, which looks very nice, but is expensive. Bicycles, scooters, catamarans, boats, speedboats, and a playground are available on site. The staff is attentive and friendly! I recommend this place, we will definitely come again.

I want to change my review a little bit, after a while. Since arriving the second and third time, there are comments. I took off the stars. Further details ))) In general, I like this place, I've been there several times, everything I wrote above is also clean, beautiful territory, staff, breakfast, spa.
BUT unfortunately, there are some moments that are a little frustrating, we have been in the hotel for 3 years in a row, and it has always remained that way.:
1) The illumination of the pedestrian zone paths does not work at night, the territory is beautiful and large, but it is dark in the evening, although it is clear during the day that illumination is provided everywhere. Only the facade is illuminated.
2) If they return to the hotel in the evening, they will have to walk in the corridor to the room with a flashlight, it is also dark, no lights are provided.
3) It is expensive to eat at a local restaurant. Although there is a discount for the residents of the hotel.
4) They don't follow the information on the website!!!
For the first time, as I wrote earlier, I liked that there was a heated pool outside, and in early May it was possible to swim.
The second time we arrived was at the end of April, we really wanted to go to the pool, but the hotel had repairs in the buildings and on one day in the evening we could hear the puncher for a while. The outdoor pool was also being renovated, but there was no information about it on the website. The cost was not lower. It was very frustrating.
We visited the pool for the third time in early May 2025 in the hope that the pool was ready, and new photos were shown on the website, but we were disappointed again. Does not work.
The first 4 points that I wrote above remained unchanged!
The outdoor pool has been expanded, but it is not working again. We understood that they decided not to heat it anymore and it only works in the summer. In this case, it is necessary to indicate the information on the website correctly and indicate the season of the pool, although previously it was heated and it was possible to swim in cool weather!!!!
A large-scale construction project is underway next to the pool again, it looks like another aquazone, there is no information about it anywhere!!!
We installed a second Jacuzzi, which is a plus, but for some reason it doesn't work well.
I was disappointed that the SPA does not faithfully include saunas, there is always one that does not work.
As for the room where we lived this time, I liked the room, it is spacious, there is a large TV, beautiful lamps, a comfortable mattress. But the room was not ready for our check-in!
There were three of us, and the amount of bathrobes, water and towels was for two. Besides, the bar was half empty)) and the cleaner had to run, fill the bar, put an extra bed and bring another set of towels and a bathrobe. Thank her for her promptness! In the evening, they noticed broken glass on the carpet, so they asked for cleaning the next day! I also want to note that the bathroom door needs to be repaired, of course, it closes badly and with a sound, but there is a lock that closes, it was not there last time))
In conclusion, I will say that I probably want to come again, I wonder what the new aquazone will be, although of course, because of such small things, there is not much precipitation, because a hotel with such a description provides services with restrictions, without informing about it and without making a discount due to the inconveniences in the form of construction and a non-working pool.

This is a great hotel! The rooms are beautiful, very cozy and clean. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful! I don't want to leave the street! The spa is of a very high level. I really liked everything, especially the breakfasts. Before that, we were in 4-5 star hotels in Minsk - we didn't stand next to each other! With all the nitpicking, we managed to find only one drawback: poor fittings on the windows. They don't close or open well. Otherwise, everything is fine, thank you! Definitely a recommendation!!!

The place is pleasant. The breakfasts are delicious and quite varied. There are two restaurants, one is more respectable, more expensive, the food does not pull for my money, for my taste. The second one is quieter, it has breakfast, but it works in the morning and evening on weekdays, and this is a minus, since there are sandwiches that can be delivered to the spa for lunch.
Spa: swimming pool, several types of baths, bar. There is a heated Jacuzzi outside (they are tired, some buttons and nozzles do not work well, but warm water in cold is more expensive than buttons), outdoor terraces with sun beds and a swimming pool, the latter was not in season. I liked everything.
The rooms. They were in the standard. The first impression is a pleasant room. There are disadvantages in the details, for which he took off the star:
1. There are Xiaomi smart TVs - but they did not connect to the Internet (there is authorization by phone number). How to set it up: in the browser, select the chrome desktop agent and the page should load and you should connect to the Internet. I hope the administration will pull off this trick with other TVs or give instructions on how to do it to guests.
2. Lighting - bedside lamps are full-fledged wall lamps under the ceiling - well, so-so - there is little comfort, it is better to light up with a TV. The second group of lights - two more wall mounted near the TV and the chandelier under the ceiling are turned on exclusively together and are too bright in the evening. And another light bulb in the hallway is very dim. As a result, nothing is visible in the closet.
3. I would like to put a teapot) and glasses for water, but not glasses anyway
4. Bathroom. It's very sad without underfloor heating. The towel on the floor is raked by the insulation of the shower door, so welcome to the wet floor from the shower. One interesting thing: the drain is made under the shower door and the shower floor itself is aligned to the bathroom floor, nothing leaks - it looks stupid, but smart!
From the surprise: sometimes they bring plates of fruit to the room, they can do it twice a day, for free. The fruits are sliced and delicious.
Among the features: you need your own car, or take a taxi to the city. If it is inconvenient, it is better to take it within the city limits.
Overall, it's a great place, there are a couple of downsides, but the spa and relaxation it will give you are worth it.

Stayed for a couple of nights, nice hotel. We lived in the main building, a nice room with a very comfortable mattress. The reception/staff is fine.
Breakfast is quite OK, everything is very tasty in the on-site restaurant, but for some reason on the second evening their kitchen decided to close an hour earlier.
There is a large parking lot, it is very convenient by car, it takes 5-10 minutes to get to the city.
Of the small disadvantages:
The corridors require renovation.
For some reason, the lighting lamps on the territory are not changed, for example, several lanterns were not lit right in front of the main entrance.
In general, I recommend it!

The polite staff at the reception, which I can't write about the staff in the lobby bar, are not attentive, they took one order, prepared another, and even did not make a happy face. The Internet was not working, we called, the master came in 10 minutes fixed everything and helped to sort out the safe, advice, make the system simpler with safes. The bathrobes and towels were clean and changed immediately if desired, the buffet was served in the morning, the food was excellent, you didn't touch it here, the variety struck the taste too, the morning started beautifully. I liked the outdoor and indoor pools. There are several types of saunas, a font, everything is at the highest level, it is a pity that we could not order and steam properly, but next time I hope these services will be punished. Of course, prices bite, especially for food, but you go there with the knowledge that prices will be three times higher than we are all used to seeing in cafes. One of the best places to relax near Minsk. However, there is a caveat :) A big request regarding the outdoor fire escape for climbing/descending to the second floor in the White Hall.

A friend's wedding was celebrated at the Ravenna cottage. A wonderful, soulful place on the riverbank. Clean, well-maintained territory. There is a place to walk. You can go sailing. A very beautiful location, an incredible view of the lake, sailing boats create a very romantic atmosphere of the place and I really liked it in general and I even returned a week later. And I'll probably come back again.
But there are disadvantages that I would like to note, and which spoiled the impression of the recreation center and the Volga region, to be honest, I felt Spanish shame for Belarusians)
I have a lot of high-level hotels and recreation centers in different countries, so I am writing because there are things that surprised and amazed me:
1. Check-in from 15.00, we were settled only at 18.00 - the house was not ready. We rented a large Premium house for two days. The price is appropriate. No one could answer the question of the reason for such a delay. My family arrived at the base around 16.00-16.30 and the girls from the reception did not even offer water or tea while waiting for the house to be cleaned. I think this indicates a low level of service, since the guys were off the road and they had to wait for unknown reasons.
But we must pay tribute to the management who gave us a 20% discount for the first day of our stay.
2. All sorts of small surcharges are very unacceptable - pay for coals, pay for firewood, pay for delivery. Breakfast and spa are not included in the price of the house, pay for them too. But by the way, I would not have paid attention to this and would have considered it OK if I had not arrived a week later in a suite that is several times cheaper at home, but breakfast and spa were included there.
And all these additional payments for small things make you feel like they want to withdraw more money from you, although these are all small things. Increase the value of the house with this money, and make it so that it is free - it will be much more pleasant and people will leave satisfied and happy.
3. The house is large, beautiful, everything is cozy and wonderful. But I spent these two days as a manager in a call center. I couldn't relax, because there is something constant in the house, then the air conditioners don't work, then they work on the contrary and we can't turn them off, but they turn off at the reception (also a very strange system). Then the plumbing needs to be called, then the microwave is not working, it needs to be replaced, then the salt was not poured, then the alarm went off, no one knows how to turn it off. And so for two days, strangers walk around the house, because there are constant questions.
Well, at the end, when I left, I was already laughing))) however, this is even funny, we also paid for tea and coffee, which was in the house, and I have not yet met more than one hotel where tea and coffee were paid in the room)
There were also nuances, of course- pillows are not comfortable, one per person, small and thin, as if you sleep without a pillow at all. Why I'm writing this is because the suite we stayed in later had two cool pillows each. And in general, it seemed to me that the linen in the house is worse than in the room. But at the same time, I will draw your attention once again to the house being 4.5 times more expensive per day.
Well, that's how it is) but otherwise everything is fine!)

My wife and I were alone together in early April. We took 3 nights on the "Spa weekdays" system. We arrived on Sunday and left on Wednesday.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We came from Moscow on business and just to take a break from the hustle and bustle of routine. I don't know about the weekend, but there weren't many people when we arrived, and the spa was relatively free. It's generally fine on weekdays.
I would like to note that although it is not the season and there are few people, but the restaurant is working at its best, all the services of the hotel are also working. There is a 20% discount for those staying in the restaurant.

For those who like a quiet and cozy place. We were in the evening, very beautiful, delicious, everything was on the menu that we ordered. The waiters are wonderful, they will pick up according to your desire, they will tell you everything about the dish, I really liked it! There is a children's corner, you can sit quietly with your child while he is busy). The terrace is open in summer. A large well-groomed territory, and of course walks by the sea!
