The only hotel in the city, the hotel has 8 rooms, all located on the second floor. A typical single in the size of 2/4 of the standard, but with its own bathroom. A bed without much comfort, a shower with problematic hot water supply, a useless TV, but there is a mini-refrigerator and Wi-Fi-this is a very big plus for a county town. Parking in front of the hotel and a park nearby is the second star, not far from the river.Dnipro magnificent views. In general, we have what we have.

The renovation is old, there is always something missing in the rooms. If one room has a refrigerator, and there are 3 of them for the whole hotel, then the old renovation. There is no refrigerator, then the room is bigger or there is a balcony. The best room is a suite for 75 rubles - there is a refrigerator and a balcony, a TV and two rooms. But he's alone. Rooms are not cleaned, bed linen and towels are not changed, garbage is taken out only if you personally ask the maid. Shampoo and shower gel are placed only upon check-in.

The furniture was old, from Soviet times, and the covers were the same. The room has only a washbasin from the bathroom, a toilet on the floor at the end of the corridor, a shower and even on the first floor, while the room is on the second. The towels are the same, like terry towels, but very hard, the duvet cover is stained, the bed is terribly creaky. There was nothing in the room from the personal hygiene kit stated on the website, not even soap. By the way, there is a list of the property in the room on the door, which also includes a soap dispenser, but in fact it is not. The shower on the ground floor has one shower gel in a dirty bottle, the walls are all red, the water has to be drained for a long time to get warm. In the toilet, the toilet is old, without a lid, the lid is on the floor somewhere nearby, the washbasin is like in old dormitories in shared kitchens. In general, even 3 marks for all this is a bit much.

From 14 to 21 o'clock in this institution there is one employee whose entire function is to collect payment for the so-called rooms. From 21 to 12 the next day there are no employees at the hotel at all! I booked a room on the Rogachev Hotel website, the Leader hotel is indicated above the door and in the rooms in the documentation, and in the payment documents of my mother LLC.If you don't find anything extreme. I booked a specific double room, confirmed the reservation several times, confirmed it twice on the day of arrival, upon arrival, after charging me money, the room turned out to be inhabited by other guests - as a result, I spent the night in a single room on the floor!!! This institution cannot be called a hotel - it's a charade! Complete unsanitary conditions, devastation, does not comply with the rules of providing hotel services, rudeness.
