A wonderful hotel for the small town of Rogachev! The room was clean, cozy and beautiful. Convenient location, in the city center. The staff is nice! The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi did not always work, but as the reason was explained to me, my tk number was far from the modem, so there may be interruptions. As it is, everything is fine.

Secondly, a very strange bathroom with a toilet "for gnomes".
Thirdly, when we were leaving, a woman attacked us rather angrily with a question: "Are you moving out?". It turned out to be a maid. I just didn't change my clothes.
In short, if you like comfort, you don't need it. And if you want to "spend the night", then you are welcome.

The hotel is quite suitable for business trips. We occupied four single rooms with colleagues for several days. The rooms are clean and tidy. The wifi is free and decent. It was just a little cold at the end of December, the batteries are slightly warm. And in room 29, there is a bed right by the window. Although there are double-glazed windows, it pulls up from the window at night. There were only two small refrigerators for four rooms. But given that the average refrigerator is noisy, it may be better for someone who does not have a refrigerator.

A single room of the "Standard" category is not a standard at all. In other hotels where I have been, such rooms are classified as "economy". The furniture was old, from Soviet times, and the covers were the same. The room has only a washbasin from the bathroom, a toilet on the floor at the end of the corridor, a shower and even on the first floor, while the room is on the second. The towels are the same, like terry towels, but very hard, the duvet cover is stained, the bed is terribly creaky. There was nothing in the room from the personal hygiene kit stated on the website, not even soap. By the way, there is a list of the property in the room on the door, which also includes a soap dispenser, but in fact it is not. The shower on the ground floor has one shower gel in a dirty bottle, the walls are all red, the water has to be drained for a long time to get warm. In the toilet, the toilet is old, without a lid, the lid is on the floor somewhere nearby, the washbasin is like in old dormitories in shared kitchens. In general, even 3 marks for all this is a bit much.

Broken tiles on the floor in the shower (traumatic) .Cold water flows from the hot tap, so that at least warm water goes, it takes about half an hour to drain.The floor covering is stained. The rooms are cold and damp like in a cellar. Plastic windows won't close (handles are broken)condensation and perspiration between the panes. From 14 to 21 o'clock in this institution there is one employee whose entire function is to collect payment for the so-called rooms. From 21 to 12 the next day there are no employees at the hotel at all! I booked a room on the Rogachev Hotel website, the Leader hotel is indicated above the door and in the rooms in the documentation, and in the payment documents of my mother LLC.If you don't find anything extreme. I booked a specific double room, confirmed the reservation several times, confirmed it twice on the day of arrival, upon arrival, after charging me money, the room turned out to be inhabited by other guests - as a result, I spent the night in a single room on the floor!!! This institution cannot be called a hotel - it's a charade! Complete unsanitary conditions, devastation, does not comply with the rules of providing hotel services, rudeness. To those who value their health and nerves, stay away from this institution.

This is the only hotel in the city! It is small, located on the second floor of a two-storey building. On the first floor there are various services and salons, on the second - a hotel. After 21.00, the administrator leaves for the whole night and closes the common entrance door to the building with a key. Guests are given a separate key. The renovation is old, there is always something missing in the rooms. If one room has a refrigerator, and there are 3 of them for the whole hotel, then the old renovation. There is no refrigerator, then the room is bigger or there is a balcony. The best room is a suite for 75 rubles - there is a refrigerator and a balcony, a TV and two rooms. But he's alone. Rooms are not cleaned, bed linen and towels are not changed, garbage is taken out only if you personally ask the maid. Shampoo and shower gel are placed only upon check-in.

We have not seen a worse (even the same) hotel in Belarus. It's a shame about Rogachev. Many people would like to stay in this wonderful city, but not where. We found out that this is a private hotel and were stunned. Master, do you respect yourself?!
