It was 19.10.24, a cozy atmosphere, fast service, original serving of dishes, ordered rolls and soups, large portions, delicious, wanted to order burgers, but ate enough, ordered the next day through delivery to the hotel. We were very satisfied. We recommend it

It's very beautiful, the atmosphere is good. The staff is very polite, the wait is 50 minutes, which is very fast. My parents didn't like California very much, but the Poppies with cucumber and Sweet chicken are very tasty. A big plus is that it is very close to our house. Maybe we'll come again)

Definitely the worst institution in Abkhazia. We were at this place on August 10, 2024, in the evening. Unpleasant waitresses and dirty sofas were immediately alerted, but the child really wanted rolls. At about 6:50 p.m., we ordered six different sets of rolls. After more than an hour, we asked the waitress where our rolls were. As we understood, they did not even begin to cook them, we were told that their priority was delivery, not visitors. I suspect that in fact the waitresses simply forgot about our order, because the rolls were brought to the people who came later than us. The waitress brought us the bill for drinks, she refused to call the manager of the establishments. This diner stole an hour of our time and left us hungry. Due to the stupidity and unprofessionalism of the waitresses, the evening was ruined. I have heard a lot about the Abkhazian service, but before that there had never been any problems with service in Abkhazia. It is very strange that a fairly expensive institution treats customers so indifferently. I strongly recommend avoiding this cafe. The positive reviews about him are of the same type and clearly paid for.
