For a week and a half after the measurement, they could not install roller blinds. Manager Svetlana is waiting for them to call her, as if they don't need orders: they agreed to install on a certain day, there was no call from the manager that day, after a couple of days they had to call themselves. The manager thought that we had not agreed, and was waiting for something.

The mosquito net is incorrectly measured by their measurer and it does not cover 2 millimeters at the top of the window.
