A pleasant place, with fairly fast service, a wide variety of menus. The food is very beautiful, the portions are voluminous, the atmosphere in the restaurant is very inviting. We came without reservation, but we were still seated without time limit at the common table, which is very pleasant. But in the future, for convenience, I would advise you to book a table anyway in order to make yourself more comfortable.

We celebrated our birthday, we liked everything very much, the administrator, the waiters are huge hard workers and in general just wonderful people (Ekaterina worked with us and I just fell in love, you don't often meet such a sweet, sincere girl ... who remembers all orders by heart ...), the dishes are undeniably delicious, as a very fastidious person, I liked the cooking and combinations of ingredients. We ordered bonito rolls, rolls with eel and shrimp tempuro, salad with duck and vegetables, beef soup and bao rolls with beef brisket. Everything was fine except the beef in the buns, it was a little rubbery and hard.
The table was booked in advance, everything is fine, cooking was warned that waiting could take a decent amount of time (namely the rolls, the rest of the dishes were taken out very quickly).
Well, as a birthday boy, I was handed a matcha souffle with a candle, very sweet and unexpected.
And yet, we forgot our sunglasses there and they scored and informed us about the loss (that is, they remembered that we were sitting there and found armor, and this is a huge indicator of attentiveness) In general, only 100 points for a clean bathroom, God, why can't everyone keep this room as clean

There are issues with the service.
On Yandex, the selection is minimal, because they sell their website and delivery, they don't mind, but:
The site is terrible, there is no search (how is this even possible?). I.e. if you put something in the basket, you can only view the dish again by searching the entire page. Fortunately, the filters are normal.
The delivery of the baked rolls with a cap failed - they were the ones that turned over.
The sauce is attached - not signed, for 7 minutes on tlf we found out what it was for.
The service, including by phone, is friendly.

It's a good place. A good menu (Japanese cuisine). Pleasant interior and atmosphere inside. Excellent service. Prices are relatively low (in Minsk establishments). There are daily lunch sets (3 times cheaper than the main menu), but the main menu dishes are definitely tastier.

I've been wanting to go to Ronin for a long time, reading rave reviews and hearing that many people like the food there. What can I say ... purely from the aesthetic side , it 's beautiful ! But.. when it came to taste, I was disappointed. I specially ordered half of different rolls and, probably, in the end, rolls with pear, cashew and singed salmon more or less came to taste. Not even Philadelphia came in. Smoked salmon in rolls was generally some kind of oak. I did not like the omelet pancake in rolls, as well as the sushi with tamago, where I had the opportunity to taste it properly. I was surprised that the restaurant also has a paid side dish (ginger, soy and wasabi). Okay, more to take away, but in the restaurant itself... it's good that a glass of water was not included in the bill. I asked her to pack the uneaten rolls with me, but she never touched them - there was no desire. For myself, personally, I closed the issue with Ronin. The second time with such emotions is no longer an accident, but a pattern. I am only glad that I did not choose this place in the DR itself, but decided to go the day before . No offense to the feedback, but each of us has the right to form our own opinion.

A friend invited me to this restaurant for her birthday. It was my first time there, so everything was unusual for me. It's good that I got a sociable waiter with humor, who explained what is what, and how, and most importantly, what devices to use) The interior of the restaurant is ascetic, as well as the type of cocktails - no frills and decorations. I liked the taste of the dishes. We took soups and sushi. Naturally, the soup was a bit thick. Sushi is delicious. If they invite you to this restaurant again, I'll go) I recommend you to visit. If you want the most delicious Asian cuisine, then you need to come here. The quality of fish and seafood, as well as the dishes themselves, is simply incredible! There is a huge selection on the menu, but I would like to order more cocktails. The service is pleasant, the service is even better. For myself, I have identified 2 disadvantages. The first is the smell of the kitchen is incredibly strong, which is unacceptable to me personally. Secondly, the location as a whole is not attractive: an old bedroom house, there is no view from the window. I understand why they have such a demand for delivery.

Stylish interior, designer furniture.
I liked the sushi, rolls and dessert. In the sashami salad, only an iceberg is added. In previous visits, the salad was much more diverse. The first photo shows a sashimi salad from our first visit, the second one is a couple of days ago. The dessert of the creme brulee match is impeccable!

Perhaps, in terms of price and quality, they have no equal (for me). The discoverers of the most decent rolls in Minsk and always confidently keep this bar in the restaurant and for delivery (you need to order in advance, since this is their only point). All these years, the guys have a full landing, I have not eaten a single tasteless dish, the only disadvantage is the two-hour table reserve, but they warn about this in advance (I always have enough time). Unfortunately, my recent visit to the RONIN restaurant turned out to be one of the most unpleasant in the more than five years that I have been visiting this institution.
My mother had booked a table for 17:00 in advance, and she was warned that our time in the restaurant was limited to 19:00, which was completely fine with us. Upon arrival, we made an order, and we were warned that the sushi preparation time would be 50 minutes — an hour. It seemed like a long time, but we agreed and waited patiently. The food was delicious and the evening was going well.
However, the situation changed dramatically towards the end of our visit. At five minutes to seven, an employee of the restaurant came up to us with a request to pay off, as our time allegedly came to an end. We paid the bill, but just a couple of minutes later, at 19:02, the same employee, without any explanation, took flowers out of a vase on our table and put them next to each other, which looked like a clear hint that it was time for us to leave.
Such treatment of customers caused extreme surprise and disappointment. I understand the need to follow the booking schedule, but this approach was extremely incorrect and created an unpleasant impression of the visit. I was a regular customer of this institution, but after this incident, visiting the RONIN restaurant is a big question for me and my entourage..

We decided to sit in a nice place on Wednesday at lunchtime.
Complete disappointment from the service and education of the waiters. In particular, Angelina (on the badge).
They asked for a place on the couch (there were several available). They said everything was booked. A nice place was vacated in front of our eyes, the receptionist mumbled something like: I'll find you a good place now.
Tell me, why can't we sit in a comfortable place for an hour? Do you provide seats on sofas only to large companies in anticipation of a big check? If it's just the two of us, but we want to spend time comfortably?
There were no reserve cards on many tables (as can be seen from the CCTV cameras, if desired). But these tables were refused.
Strange service for a place that positions itself as a "restaurant". We didn't have time to evaluate the restaurant's cuisine.
I would like an answer from the administration regarding the quality of service.

But it's worth it. The menu is extensive, there are sets for children, the kitchen is gorgeous, everything is very tasty. The place is aesthetic, clean toilets, pleasant atmosphere. I would like to mention the waiters, they are nimble, well-versed in the menu, pleasant in communication.

I've always loved Ronin. On my birthday, I decided to order a delivery for myself and then something went wrong. The portion of soup was suspiciously small- I weighed it and my fears were confirmed- the soup, along with the package, weighed less than stated on the website. But it was delicious.
the 2nd dish was cold and not tasty - pieces of chicken the size of a fist or even more- sliced as if for dogs, the meat tasted unpleasant to say the least - perhaps because of the temperature - it's hard to say. I forget this place for myself forever. When you're not a well-known food blogger, you can probably treat customers like that - I'm not happy about that. I will choose other places.

We have been ordering food here for several years and everything has always been delicious. We left, after half a year we made an order and ... did not recognize Ronin. The food arrived quickly, but obviously it was not fresh or rather even weathered. My husband has the same thing. They didn't even finish eating, they had to place an order elsewhere. It's a pity, because Ronin is our favorite restaurant, including for family holidays. But now we have to look for another place.

We ordered salads, I really liked the salad with eel - unexpected combinations in taste and texture, finally a really original dish. We also ordered a set of gunkans - it was also interesting, but most of them looked like ordinary herring - they did not appreciate it. Cocktails are not bad, but there is no bartender, the waiters do it themselves, so the choice is not big and the simplest.
Overall, the impression was very good, we will definitely come back to try sushi.

Все идеально уже со входа, приветливый персонал, дизайн продуман до мелочей, как в зале, так и в санузлах, уютная обстановка.
Заказ принесли быстро, все максимально деликатно и услужливо, красивая посуда, продукты высшего качества, отличная винная карта.
Ну а суши-сет- это отдельная тема. Подача выше всяких похвал, найсвежайшие, с идеальной скруткой, каждый укус -гастрономический взрыв.
Есть столики на улице, правда очень маленькие, на 2 персоны.
Цены, конечно, выше среднего, но попав сюда, вы сразу поймёте почему.
P.s. захотите попасть- обязательно бронируйте заранее, независимо от дня недели и времени.

Already when visiting on the spot - tom yam seemed too salty, served warm (there was not enough sharpness) and rice to it 3p - for the first time I see this, usually it goes to the soup according to the condition. Langoustine is alone and overcooked, and almost everything else is chicken. Somehow we expected more..

Плюсы: все очень вкусно! Грамотная подача и профессиональный персонал.
Лосось, палтус, дорада (в последней, помним, много костей) - великолепное сочетание рыбы и соусов. Порции довольно большие, суп был лишним :) десерты - мусс это нечто! Лопающаяся хрустящая корочка и нежнейшая начинка, «Лотос» - для тех, кто на диете (несладкий, но подача впечатляет).
Фреши и кофе хороши.
Придраться не к чему. Ценник очень адекватный.
Из минусов: неудобные столы и кресла, слишком низкие. И да, столик лучше бронировать заранее, даже в обед.
