Excellent cuisine and simply terrific service. They asked me to remove the chili pepper from the delivery order. Moreover, both in the comments to the order and in a voice they said this to the operator. The order with chili peppers arrived, the result: a swollen lip and a rash, as well as a ruined evening. Restaurant's position: it's your own fault that you didn't specify what you were allergic to (probably, we abandoned the acute allergen for fun). No attempt was made by the call center operator to smooth out the conflict until it was brought to a boiling point. "and take a picture of the food with pepper", "why didn't you say that you were allergic?", "and our cameraman didn't know that we put chili in the marinade for broken cucumbers", "maybe the cook had pepper on his glove and accidentally got into your dish", "we have a lot of orders, and the chefs may have missed it." < If you can't handle the workload, limit the number of orders, and don't hang this nonsense on the guest's ears.
But even bypassing the moments with orders. Are you serious? Is this how a restaurant of the first category responds to a well-founded claim? I didn't ask you to make me a tom yam with milk and without red paste, and then I attacked it for being spicy. For the future: making an idiot out of a guest is the most disastrous strategy in the restaurant business. I am very sorry that the impression of a once really good place can be ruined by two people who are not really related to the restaurant and its cuisine.
Work on the service and explain to the call center staff that butting heads with a guest who did not ask for compensation, but simply made a complaint and wanted to get an explanation of the situation and at least "sorry" is a word that begins with a p and ends with a C. Not a prince.

I've been wanting to go to Ronin for a long time, reading rave reviews and hearing that many people like the food there. What can I say ... purely from the aesthetic side , it 's beautiful ! But.. when it came to taste, I was disappointed. I specially ordered half of different rolls and, probably, in the end, rolls with pear, cashew and singed salmon more or less came to taste. Not even Philadelphia came in. Smoked salmon in rolls was generally some kind of oak. I did not like the omelet pancake in rolls, as well as the sushi with tamago, where I had the opportunity to taste it properly. I was surprised that the restaurant also has a paid side dish (ginger, soy and wasabi). Okay, more to take away, but in the restaurant itself... it's good that a glass of water was not included in the bill. I asked her to pack the uneaten rolls with me, but she never touched them - there was no desire. For myself, personally, I closed the issue with Ronin. The second time with such emotions is no longer an accident, but a pattern. I am only glad that I did not choose this place in the DR itself, but decided to go the day before . No offense to the feedback, but each of us has the right to form our own opinion.

I'll decide for myself what dose of spice to add, okay!? It was impossible to eat-they asked me to do something with it, maybe dilute it. The same waitress made fools of us, saying that the poke we ate earlier, in her opinion, is sharper than this soup, well, isn't it absurd!? The food, apart from this soup, was cool and delicious. 3. At the end, she brought this dessert, mumbled something that I did not hear, "congratulations ... ... blow out the candle." Ronin, do you have the finances to buy normal, beautiful candles instead of these, which are for 20 kopecks?

If you want the most delicious Asian cuisine, then you need to come here. The quality of fish and seafood, as well as the dishes themselves, is simply incredible! There is a huge selection on the menu, but I would like to order more cocktails. The service is pleasant, the service is even better. For myself, I have identified 2 disadvantages. The first is the smell of the kitchen is incredibly strong, which is unacceptable to me personally. Secondly, the location as a whole is not attractive: an old bedroom house, there is no view from the window. I understand why they have such a demand for delivery.

The service is excellent. But sushi does not have the elite taste and assortment that Ronin was famous for earlier. Sushi with ham is a special perversion of taste. We recently visited another similar place - it was much tastier. The drinks were good. Dessert is the most delicious thing ordered.

If it were possible to give 6 stars, then this would be the only institution in Minsk to whom I would give them. Since 2018, the guys have been the best for me and remain so to this day. Perhaps, in terms of price and quality, they have no equal (for me). The discoverers of the most decent rolls in Minsk and always confidently keep this bar in the restaurant and for delivery (you need to order in advance, since this is their only point). All these years, the guys have a full landing, I have not eaten a single tasteless dish, the only disadvantage is the two-hour table reserve, but they warn about this in advance (I always have enough time). Stylish interior, designer furniture.
I liked the sushi, rolls and dessert. In the sashami salad, only an iceberg is added. In previous visits, the salad was much more diverse. The first photo shows a sashimi salad from our first visit, the second one is a couple of days ago. The dessert of the creme brulee match is impeccable!

Just good sushi. It's not cheap, there's no parking, just along the street, which is almost always busy. There is a public transport stop nearby.

Everything is perfect from the entrance, friendly staff, the design is thought out to the smallest detail, both in the hall and in the bathrooms, a cozy atmosphere.
The order was delivered quickly, everything was as delicate and helpful as possible, beautiful dishes, top quality products, an excellent wine list.
Well, the sushi set is a separate topic. The serving is beyond praise, the freshest, with a perfect twist, every bite is a gastronomic explosion.
There are tables outside, though very small, for 2 people.
The prices, of course, are above average, but once you get here, you will immediately understand why.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to the RONIN restaurant turned out to be one of the most unpleasant in the more than five years that I have been visiting this institution.
My mother had booked a table for 17:00 in advance, and she was warned that our time in the restaurant was limited to 19:00, which was completely fine with us. Upon arrival, we made an order, and we were warned that the sushi preparation time would be 50 minutes — an hour. It seemed like a long time, but we agreed and waited patiently. The food was delicious and the evening was going well.
However, the situation changed dramatically towards the end of our visit. At five minutes to seven, an employee of the restaurant came up to us with a request to pay off, as our time allegedly came to an end. We paid the bill, but just a couple of minutes later, at 19:02, the same employee, without any explanation, took flowers out of a vase on our table and put them next to each other, which looked like a clear hint that it was time for us to leave.
Such treatment of customers caused extreme surprise and disappointment. I understand the need to follow the booking schedule, but this approach was extremely incorrect and created an unpleasant impression of the visit. I was a regular customer of this institution, but after this incident, visiting the RONIN restaurant is a big question for me and my entourage..

I recommend you to visit!
Pros: everything is very tasty! Competent presentation and professional staff.
Salmon, halibut, dorado (the latter, we remember, has a lot of bones) is a great combination of fish and sauces. The portions are quite large, the soup was superfluous :) desserts - mousse is something! Bursting crispy crust and the most delicate filling, "Lotus" is for those who are on a diet (unsweetened, but the serving is impressive).
Fresh fruit and coffee are good.
There is nothing to complain about. The price tag is very adequate.
Among the disadvantages: uncomfortable tables and chairs, too low. And yes, it is better to book a table in advance, even at lunch.
