Very pleasant service. The waiters are attentive, explain for each dish and are not intrusive.
The interior is cool and stylish.
And the food... I got high from every sip of lemonade and every bite of duck I ate. Soft, tender and melting in the mouth of the duck) the side dish was on the level!
The establishment has more customers!
The price tag at the same time is more than adequate!

Today I was with the children at the Ronin restaurant on Bogdanovich, it's not the first time we've come, everything is delicious and the staff is good. We ordered sushi, the whole set was not eaten, we were asked to pack what we did not eat, at home, when opening the container,
we were disappointed, instead of my half-eaten sushi, they put others, the cheapest and 30% less!!! Very unpleasant!!!

The absence of images of dishes in the menu. According to the QR code, it's a horseradish to look at-the Belarusian Internet is lagging. When ordering tea, they did not offer sugar, they brought it at the request, but cane. Why not put it on the table. The receipt included soy sauce twice. Music is playing loudly, which does not have a cozy and pleasant atmosphere - like a disco. We have been waiting for an order for a long time. From the pleasant, only cleanliness. Belarus was unpleasantly surprised in this regard.

I would rate this restaurant a 5-minus. A pleasant modern interior, vases with tulips on each table. A delightful toilet - there's no other way to say it, I would have stayed there: a beautiful mixer, Zielinski cream and soap, a roll for clothes, napkins for shoes. The food is delicious: I tried chicken soup with coconut milk, poke with salmon (although everything was a little bit insular). The next day I tasted Bonito roll and macs with avocado. I am attaching a photo. Minus the fact that the sauce, ginger and wasabi are paid (0.15 for each position). It was a surprise for me - the waitress, of course, clarified whether I needed all of this, but did not focus on the fact that these are paid positions. It seems to me that with such decent prices, it was possible not to save on small things) this is the only thing that spoiled the impression.

The food is delicious, but the service is no good, the attitude is biased.
The waiters do not understand the ingredients of the dishes well.
There is no help from the administrator in finding a place and there is no interest in accommodation. If you want, eat outside Side by side with other customers at a small table on which barely two plates will be and look at the track.

The veranda, for understanding, is small round tables on a passing, narrow sidewalk, where people rush past you every minute. They sat us down, handed us the menu, we chose, we wait, no one comes for 20 minutes, I went and asked to take the order, they said one minute, now the waiter will come to you. I've always been a favorite restaurant. The quality of service and food are always on top.
Unfortunately, I recently encountered an unpleasant situation. As I understand it, there is a new manager there, so she is absolutely not competent and does not correspond to her position.
I reserved a table 2 weeks in advance for my son's birthday. I asked for a certain table. They told me that he was free, but they couldn't guarantee it, but they would try.
On the appointed day, we came and were seated at another table, although that table was empty. I asked if we could still get the desired table? She replied that she didn't. That table with a deposit or something. Moreover, the answer was in a very harsh and unpleasant form. And I would accept it if some kind of festive company came to this table later and it would be clear that there was a really special event there, but an ordinary family came there, the same as ours. There was nothing to indicate that they were having a festive event. It became very unpleasant. I went to the administrator for clarification and a stream of lies began: that that table was reserved before us (a lie, I clarified), that there was a deposit of 100 rubles per person at that table (we have been going to this restaurant for 2 years, I have never heard about it. Moreover, if I had been offered it, I would have agreed). This whole conversation was in an absolutely unacceptable manner and tone.
Even if she had just said that they were VIP guests or something, I would have accepted, but she was telling a gross lie in a rude form.
Absolutely unacceptable for this place. Absolute unprofessionalism!
They ruined the party.
I can't give one star, because the food is great after all.
