My husband and I were making an order for the roof in the office. We ordered a drainage system and roofing profiled sheets. They immediately clarified that we needed a profiled sheet for a fence (a wide wave) or for a roof (a narrow wave). They counted the squares and the required amount for us, issued an invoice and we paid off. We were satisfied with the work of the office. A few days later, our order arrived and WHAT do I see!!!! Instead of a profiled sheet on the roof, they brought us a profiled sheet on the fence. I immediately call the office and ask WHY the wrong profile sheet? And they tell me not to be nervous, not to be angry. And it doesn't matter to you which sheet to put on the roof, it's the same metal, well, you'd think that the wave is not narrow, but wide,,,,, We'll figure out who made a mistake and call you back. There was still no call.... a week has passed, no apologies, no replacement sheets, of course, with delivery at the expense of the company, NOTHING. This situation is similar to shopping at a lingerie store. You choose the wives. the trunks are packed for you, you pay. And when you come home, you realize that someone mistakenly packed your husband. swimming trunks. And when you return to the store, they tell you what your husband is. or women's swimming trunks? Well, in general, our goods are not subject to return and exchange. It turns out that it's your own fault that the wrong product was released to you. That's how stores lose customers.
