The most excellent mini-hotel! Extremely caring and friendly staff. Everything is at the highest level. Of the disadvantages, only the price, and even then it is quite acceptable for the city center. I really liked it. Oh, yes... The corkscrew in room 13 turned out to be broken, please change it. It is inconvenient to operate. And I recommend putting more salt in the room, otherwise you barely have enough to cook breakfast, and you won't immediately figure out how to buy it yourself.

I spent New Year's holidays in this apartment. Very cozy and comfortable apartments. The room has everything you need. Friendly staff, daily room cleaning. Any questions and requests were resolved very quickly. The only negative is the quality of the pastel linen. I don't know what kind of material it is, but it looks like some kind of synthetic. It was all electrified and not very comfortable. And it's important to me. I took off one star just for that. By the way, the place is as convenient as possible! The geographical location is perfect!

I recommend these apartments, the location is good, in a quiet area, near two parks, close to the center. Very caring staff, ready to help at any time (24/7 reception). The rooms are clean, tidy, there are dishes, a washing machine, a kettle, a stove, a refrigerator.

Great place! The price/quality ratio is just great, even there is a washing machine, a small kitchen, a very quiet alley. There is an elevator to the fourth floor. Very stylish, everything is new. There are very beautiful places nearby. I am attaching a photo. .

Very nice hotel. We stayed here in early October for 3 nights. The staff is responsive. The rooms are like separate apartments. Everything you need is there 👌🏻 Cleaning - at least every day. Clear. Quietly. Beautiful interior. On the day of departure, we were allowed to leave our things before leaving for the airport. 👍🏻 Not far from the center. We really liked it!

Armenia welcomed us in January with sunny days, and the hotel staff welcomed us with a warm welcome. I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the staff for their attentiveness and responsiveness. I was most satisfied with the location, it gives me the opportunity to walk around the city in the center of Yerevan. The room has everything you need, even a hairdryer, which was not in the other apartments. I was most pleased with the hot water, there were no interruptions-great pressure in the shower! The bed is very comfortable, the linen is pleasant, there are slippers, soap, shampoo, gel and even a toothbrush with paste. There is a refrigerator in the room where we stored food and a microwave. And another big plus is the presence of an elevator, we lived on the 4th floor. There is a large mirror with a small shelf in the hallway. There is a wardrobe in the room, bedside tables on both sides of the bed. In general, I got the impression that I did not leave home, I was so comfortable and cozy! We will definitely come to you! Thank you so much for the warmth to your guests! Everything is on the level! Score 10 out of 10! Good luck and prosperity to your hotel!!!
