So we got to the most nightmarish service in the salons of the city.I've given this salon a chance twice.I signed up for a manicure, as a result of which it turned out that there was no record.Like when I got there, but the manicure was about nothing, the master was in a hurry to get home at 10:00 and it affected the manicure.He survived for 2 weeks.
But that's not what we're talking about today.Yesterday I visited the salon again, the appointment was for eyelash extensions.In advance, I specify the cost of the procedure on Instagram, they tell me 50 rubles.And the time of the event, I specify 2-2.5 hours.Calculating my time, I sign up for further procedures and, as a result, I am an hour late.It all started with the fact that when I entered the office, I was immediately told that I needed to pay extra for the color and bend.I clarify why I am not informed of this when I write off on Instagram, to which the master replies that I am not communicating with you.Spoiler Alert:They took the payment, but the usual black ones increased.It's understandable, I didn't come to your house.I came to the salon where there is an administrator who needs to know the prices and the lead time.I agree to pay the extra 8 rubles and we get started.In the process, they tell me that I need to wash my face, I was not ready for this (since I have makeup on my face), but there is no choice.Since they didn't put on my hat, nor did they make up the couch, I washed with my eyes closed under boiling water, soaking both myself and my hair.But that's not the most interesting thing either.Mamter turned on films that seemed harmless, but in the process we realized that 18+.There is laughter behind the wall (watching YouTube on the phone), laughter and screams can be heard at the reception, people are working.I feel like I'm in a brothel, not a salon.I understand that I have been lying for a long time and I check the time with the master.The time is 15:10, and I came at 12:30, I say how long else, they answer 15 minutes.I understand that I have been lying for not 2 or even 2.5 hours.My back is falling off, I'm late for another appointment specifically.After 15 minutes, I realize that nothing is ending and I start to get nervous.The result was at 15:40.I told the master that I was not ready to lie down so much and that it was her fault that I was late for the procedure.We already know the answer, I didn't tell you anything 👏At the checkout, they charge me not 58, but 63, and I also have a withdrawal.Having paid 13 rubles more than the stated amount and having spent more than 3 hours instead of the stated 2, I want to say...This is a service that you just want to pay for and go to salons, not home.Although is there a difference🤔It doesn't feel like any

They promised to call back in an hour, but they called back only two hours later. It is a pity, because this situation is repeated twice.
