Of the advantages, a good site like many others (IT works well in the Republic of Belarus, design , engine, etc.) of the disadvantages, they do not warn that the entire order has not been assembled, that the items you ordered are missing and there are none at all, you will find out when you arrive at the place and you will be offered to buy something else in return. There is no professional dialogue , it is necessary to warn in advance if there are no varieties . Every year, the same attitude is shown towards the customer, they do not value their time and others. It turns out that they will arrive, we will sell what will be available, if you do not want, do not buy your right. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO CONTACT THIS COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION.

In the fall, I bought florentine roses, honeysuckle and blueberries of a couple of varieties. The roses turned out to be over-graded. After that, I wrote to the nursery group, the employee called back, apologized, and in return they sent me 2 roses, which I ordered. Thank you to the nursery for solving the issues promptly and appreciating your customers.It can be recommended as a responsible and conscientious nursery. (

It's a shame for such "specialists" and even more so for the head with whom the communication took place!
