Very nice place. There are many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. It is located right in the center of the city. You can get there by public transport.

A modern area with many cafes and restaurants. The place is not big, you can get around the whole area in 10 minutes. Due to the construction site, it is difficult to get in from the port side.
