This is a great hotel in the wonderful city.
The hotel was very clean, absolutely bright colors in my trip.I like it.So after some time in the future may be comeback again. Everything super.

The room is clean, we lived in a family 6-bed very convenient! The breakfast is good, everything you need to eat. The staff is helpful, everything was explained. Of the unpleasant moments at the reception, an announcement in LARGE LETTERS, employees talk about fines for damage to property, as it became not pleasant with animation!

An interesting place, the idea of building this whole center in Turkestan is very cool. I'm sure in another couple of years it will be super here! The hotel is at the highest level. Great big rooms, delicious food, there is parking near the hotel. There is a store nearby. That's all you need

Great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, tasteful. Nice design, furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about cleaning, daily with the replacement of everything necessary. Free Wi-Fi with good speed and the presence of a small Parking lot. Breakfast buffet the choice is sufficient not to stay hungry, delicious porridge, eggs, baked chicken, sausages, cottage cheese, cereals, pastries, fruit jam, fruit juice, milk, cocoa , tea and coffee. The staff is very polite, check-in is fast.

Great place, staff 10 out of 10, Restaurant 11 out of 10. The cleaners do their job perfectly well. The exterior and interior design are at the highest level. Plus there is a Caravanserai nearby. Wonderful view from the window.

Very reasonable prices in the hotel restaurant, delicious but greasy food, excellent service. The bar is sparse.
The room is clean, the rooms are spacious, but the bathroom has terrible lighting and the smell of sewage.

We settled into a family room, registration was quick, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the bed linen was fresh, bathrobes, slippers were all available, the bar was full. The breakfast is delicious, the fruits are just super, fresh, sweet. The location is excellent, opposite the caravanserai, 10 minutes on foot. I am very happy, I will come back next time.

The rooms are very poorly cleaned. When I moved in, there were samsa crumbs and cherry stones on the floor. I understood that there was no cleaning done in the room between the visitors.
The location is good, the restaurant on the 1st floor has reasonable prices.

Excellent location relative to the best locations of the spiritual capital of Kazakhstan. Everything is within walking distance. Great rooms. There is everything you need in the room bar. I recommend it to all guests of Turkestan. I have stayed at this hotel more than once. We'll come again.

We held the 50th anniversary meeting of 149 graduates of the 1974 Kiziltu Kazakh secondary school in Turkestan. We stayed in this hotel. Incredibly liked, the level of service was very high. I also liked the breakfast. Purity is very high. The rooms are very comfortable. We thank our wise daughter very much.

A very cozy hotel in Turkestan. The rooms are clean, cleaning is daily. The staff is friendly! I liked everything very much. A very good location, opposite is the Keruen Sarai complex, nearby is the mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi.

Be careful! The hotel ignores reservations from the booking. On the eve of the trip, we found reviews that the hotel cancels reservations for guests from the booking (but the hotel quickly cleans up these reviews) And a day before our arrival, we received a call and were told that they had allegedly flooded and we needed to look for another hotel. Per day! The tickets were purchased a month in advance, and the reservation was also made a month in advance. At that moment, it was already clear to us that they were lying and this was the cancellation of the reservation that people were writing about. The rating on the booking is high, since it is no longer possible to write a truthful review after the booking has been canceled.

The hotel is so-so normal, we rented a family room so quickly decorated the room with 413 bedrooms and a children's room, it was cozy and clean, but there was a dirty sofa near the balcony, breakfast was just sausages and there was nothing left in the small restaurant, people were waiting for an empty seat, the waiters did not have time the floor was dirty
