Not far from the sea. There is a Saturday market nearby and a bazaar with rags on Sunday. There is a lot of audibility in the room. In the bathroom, you can hear all the sounds from the toilet of the next room :) it feels like there is no wall at all.
It was in February, the price tag is more or less divine.

A good place. Excellent price/quality ratio. Repairs should be updated. Keep in mind - there is a school nearby. Noisy during the day.

In general, you can give a score of 6 points. The plus is the location relative to the sea; a good bathroom, water pressure. The kitchen is equipped with everything except a microwave; but the disadvantages immediately include a terrible frying pan, on which it is impossible to cook properly, old pots and, in general, dishes are not very good. There are no rags, napkins, buy everything for cleaning yourself. You will not be given towels upon arrival - you need to go ask. Speaking of towels, they are old and worn out and from... various other hotels 😁 The TV shows exclusively Turkish channels. Beds with very soft mattresses and terrible synthetic linen. There is no cleaning service. Probably you need to go begging from now on too.
The pool is small and heavily chlorinated. The water in it is cold. The sauna, which I read about before the trip and hoped to steam up, does not work properly.
Another positive thing is stable good Wi-Fi; and bright rooms, there are cabinets with hangers. There is a sofa in the hall, which is comfortable in principle. The air conditioners are working properly.
Well, now about the most important shock - the office of these apartments is located on the ground floor, a Turkish family runs everything, there are people of different ages, I saw about 7-8 people. Everyone mercilessly smokes right there in the room, although take two steps and you're outside ... the smell of tobacco is everywhere and everywhere. The bed linen didn't smell like tobacco, but there was a strong smell on the ground floor.
When checking into apartments, there is a strong stale smell, you need to ventilate.
In general, decide for yourself, the price and quality correspond in principle, but there are many little things that spoil everything, and most importantly - the banal lack of cleaning, linen change, no blunt paper (everything needs to be asked); the smell of tobacco, there are a lot of reviews about it already, but the managers don't care about it.
This area itself is very residential, let's just say that nothing is equipped for a tourist here. Not a single travel agency with excursions, not a single normal exchanger in the vicinity. The ugly embankment of Konyalta, the beach is ordinary, there are a lot of cigarette butts. The sea is good, cool; clean. I would rather now settle closer to Antalya, in the center. You can go broke on the driveways. Or somewhere west to Kemer, etc.
