Today I brought a photo file for printing to the salon on Trinkler 20. The file contained a photo processed in Photoshop, with a size of 33.87 x 9 cm. I had to print a size of 13 cm on the long side and how much I would get on the short side. What's so difficult about that? The receptionist accepted the order, listened to my wishes and set the price as for printing in 13x18 format. Why??? When I pointed out to him that this file can be safely printed in 9x13 format, he said that in this case, photo framing is simply necessary, without this it is impossible. You see, the frame size is larger than the print size... Do these sizes match for the 13x18 format? It's not about those unfortunate 4 rubles - after all, the receptionist is poor, he needs, he needs. It's about the obvious deception of customers. Well, who does not know that printing is done with automatic image adjustment to the specified format and does not require any manual participation? So why consider everyone worse than themselves and sell completely unnecessary manual framing as something technologically necessary?
