We ordered a wedding bouquet, the bride specified in advance when it was better to pick up in the evening or the next morning, the girl said what she was doing in the evening in advance, so we can pick up when it's convenient for us, the bouquet will be ready in the evening before the date specified in the order. On the specified day, having arrived for a bouquet, the girl met with great dissatisfaction, stating that she did not have a wedding bouquet at all for today! When I insisted that she check, because my fiancee ordered everything and there is evidence. The seller still checked and said: well, yes, there is such an order, well, take a walk for 20 minutes, I'll do it now! Just imagine we have an entry in the registry office, I come for a bouquet that should be ready on the eve, warning the seller that we will pick up the bouquet at 12, and she tells me to take a walk, I'll do it now!
I did not make such a bouquet as was stated, just in a hurry that I could.
At the same time, she did not apologize and did not offer any discount, any bonus, or a bouquet as a gift.(at least something for her joint, which almost ruined our wedding). For the bouquet we gave not 5 rubles, but 180 rubles. It wasn't worth it, but you know we had no other option, we found out about the unavailability of the bouquet when we came for the order!
When the bride decided to find out from her how it happened, she just said that this time the flowers were brought late! She didn't even admit her guilt! I could contact and offer another version of the bouquet, or warn that such a situation is possible that the flowers will not be brought in advance, but only on the day when we had an order!
The florist is obliged to know that the flowers when they are brought should be put on the sippy, so that they have time to bloom and not wilt by the end of the day, what actually we have with the bouquet and it happened to the bouquet in two hours!
Therefore, if you want a beautiful bouquet that will delight you and whole nerve cells for a long time, then you definitely do not need this flower shop!!!
