I did my internship here from college and the place is just wonderful! All the florists are just great people, their work is wonderful and the service is always excellent! These are the flowers they brought me. My husband ordered it for the wedding anniversary. The courier failed when my husband was not at home yet, accordingly, the surprise was spoiled. I realized that my husband ordered the flowers, and decided to pay for everything. As soon as the amount for this was announced to me... I was shocked, is this dwarf bouquet worth 85 rubles? I didn't really look at the flowers right away, what my husband ordered and where I wasn't aware of, I got confused and paid... Later, when I went to the site, I immediately realized that this was a hoax, I was wildly upset. These are the emotions you give on important days for people. I also want to highlight that the courier did not have change from 100 rubles, that's why I'm writing about 85 rubles, the flowers themselves cost a little less, it's not professional. Less than a day has passed, and the roses can already be thrown away, although, to be honest, they could have been immediately sent to the trash. It is not pleasant when garbage is brought to you, and they ask for a lot of money for it.

I ordered a bouquet for a girl on February 14th, came to pick it up and was, to put it mildly, not thrilled. It doesn't match the photo on the website at all, it's almost 2 times smaller. The surprise did not end there: the bouquet of bush roses stood for only two days. It's a shame not only for the money spent, but also for the sad emotions. I asked my friends about this store and the situation in general, and they said that this was the "base" of this store. I've never had such a sad experience with flowers as in Rosa.bel.

It's terrible!!! I bought a ready-made bouquet, I hoped that everything was fresh and they were watching it, and it looked fine while it was wrapped in paper. When the wrapping paper was unwrapped to put in a vase, I wanted to fall into the ground, it was just a shame. The petals fell off, those flowers that were at the edges, the buds dropped listlessly - in a word, not a bouquet, but a broom. I won't set foot in this office again...

People buy flowers from you for a lot of money to please themselves and their loved ones, and as a result they get a waste of money and negative emotions. As a result: the presented flowers did not please, but my mother was upset. If it was really important to you that every customer was satisfied (as you write in response to such reviews), you would not allow yourself to sell this to people.
