Yesterday, 10.02, we bought a bouquet of roses here. The condition for today 11.02 is visible in the photo and is extremely upsetting. The roses didn't even last a day!!! The photo was taken at 11 a.m.
There are two types of roses in the bouquet. They were in the same vase, but the light ones are fine, and the purple ones look terrible. Obviously, they were not fresh.
It was a gift, and the situation is extremely unpleasant.
Magashchin does not want to solve the problem! The store does not want to refund money for low-quality roses, or make a replacement! Their only solution is a 10% discount on the next order!

I bought bush roses yesterday. I drove them home with air conditioning in the car, arrived, cut them off, put them in cold water. After a couple of hours, the flowers put the heads. I changed the water again, hoping that they would come to life. Before going to bed, I changed the water for the third time. Nothing helped. As a result, money is wasted, and ROZABEL replied that flowers are not exchangeable and refundable and gave me a 10% discount on my next purchase. I will never contact this chain of stores and I will tell everyone I know about it.

For some reason, yours are not up to the task. A certain part of the flowers have already outlived their usefulness, they crumble and look very sluggish, but it is not clear why they were stuffed into this bouquet. Most likely, the leaves of the initially blooming flowers were stripped off, because some flowers are half the size of others and no longer open. The bouquet did not look particularly fresh upon receipt, but the seller assured that the flowers should look like this and everything is fine with them, they will stand well. There are two bouquets in the photo for comparison-one of them is yours, and the other (pink roses, although I think it's not worth explaining) it was presented a day earlier than yours, and looks more than presentable. They said to my complaints that it was not clear why the flowers behaved like that and all the flowers are individual ((Thank you very much, your apologies helped to revive the flowers given to me for my birthday! And the offered 10% discount on the next order is even more so!

I ordered flowers for the guy to take to my parents later. The site says to check the availability with the manager. As a result, after payment, parey is told that the bouquet is not available for delivery and is offered to pick it up himself. Half the trouble, the guy agreed, although it's still weird.
I politely wrote a suggestion that it is better not to transfer orders for payment until availability is agreed. In other stores, the order is usually transferred to the operator, he writes to the customer, discusses the order and sends a link to the payment. Especially if you are not sure that it will be available. It makes life easier for everyone. To which they replied, "It says on the website to check with the manager." Neither sorry for the inconvenience, nor thanks for your message, no customer orientation. And then they start teaching me that there is no way to indicate availability on the site, and it is indicated on the site to write to the manager. And I didn't say anything about "indicate availability on the site", without your rudeness I understand perfectly well that this is impossible)) And then the final one, when I said that in the case of even rude suggestions or claims from a client, not to mention my maximum kindness, they usually thank and take into account.
