I came here for a bouquet, and eventually left with the idea that I would never come back here.
The staff is completely unfriendly, except for the girl at the entrance. I had to get information from the girl who designs flowers, and she answered as if she didn't care at all, and she wasn't from this store. I have never seen such a disinterested attitude in flower shops. The flowers were so-so, so together from what I saw and heard, I wanted one thing - to leave as soon as possible, which I did.

A slightly inconvenient location is the basement of a multi-storey building, with a high step at the entrance.

Never order delivery here. If you decide to buy roses in this store, it's better to come and see in person! The store decided that it was possible to give the flowers that had been lying down for delivery. I ordered a bouquet of 51 roses for a girl for her birthday. There wasn't much time to look at the bouquet. I paid for it, I took it away… I took a look just before giving it: the bouquet looked inappropriate, to put it mildly ... 7 adequate roses from the whole bouquet, as you can see in the photo they even look a different color. When ordering a bouquet for more than 130 rubles, you expect to see something presentable, and not something that is a shame to give and will be disposed of in the nearest trash!!!

I bought my wife a bouquet of white roses, two days later they were thrown away, the bouquet withered and dried, there were roses on the balcony in cold water... I didn't expect this at all. Previously, they stood for + - a week.
Upd.
They are not frozen, because they wither quickly at any time of the year. Other roses in the same conditions cost more than a week at least.

As usual, I ordered 51 roses, the nearest store where they were available turned out to be Belsky. He arrived on time , hurried, picked up and left . The result is that out of 51 roses, at least 7-9 are with microbutones and are already half-dead.
5 pieces are inserted in the center so that it is not visible , 10 -15 centimeters shorter than the rest .
Never in any rose shop.There was no such thing. Although I have been buying from them for a long time and not 3 roses each.
