It seems they really try to trick you as a foreigner, I would recommend anyone to avoid them at all costs.
This was the last time I’ll ever get anything there, the ladies speak no English and apparently even misunderstand you when talking to them in Russian (via translation) they show zero interest in helping you with the purchase or any interest for you to buy anything just sitting there like two students occupied by their social media perhaps yet but definitely by their phone.
The flowers mentioned and agreed for a set of price (since the bouquet isn’t the freshest one to pick out from) ( they had no other better choices, and in Russian we have agreed to the price or so I thought until they asked for the full price once you try to get out the door (the difference was insignificant to myself yet, said a lot about their credibility and manners, especially with a repeating customer.
Will definitely recommend to avoid that place, stay safe gentlemen 👍🏼

Our order was 130225132, scheduled for delivery on February 14th. It is not possible to reach you after payment. But the truth is, they call back every couple of hours. The delivery was not carried out, it was reported that the recipient's number was incorrect. Let's say.
They offered to pick up the flowers themselves from Dzerzhinsky 115. When we arrived at the flower shop, we were informed that this was the first time they had heard about the order. I'm letting go of the situation, the holiday is ruined, I'm leaving. There's a call in 30 minutes. Where are you? Why didn't they take the flowers? When I return, the bouquet was unwrapped only at home, and what I see is that instead of the declared gorgeous flowers of large avalanches, I get small buds of almost a tea rose, with thin legs slightly thicker than a match. I don't mind the money, the holiday is ruined, such a horror is not even needed for free. today I will return it to the store with an entry in the book of comments and suggestions.
It seems to me that the management of the rosa bel company does not understand what their salons are selling, maybe they are working underground. The reviews on the site have been terrible for the last month, but unfortunately I had to read them only after an unsuccessful purchase.

But when you prune the stem, you see that it is rotten inside. Roses stand for 3-4 hours at most. After this time, they lower their heads and wither.

Never order flowers here, they will stick in a sluggish bouquet and claim that these are flowers from today's fresh delivery. 10 minutes after receiving the bouquet, I wrote about the problem on the store's Instagram. What these questions were for is unclear, if I was talking about the fact that I had just received a bouquet, it did not even stand at my house for half an hour, therefore it is not my fault in its disgusting state. I did not receive a proper apology, the customer was not compensated for the cost.
I am attaching a photo of the bouquet immediately after receiving it and after a day of staying with me. It completely wilted on Sunday, and I received it late on Friday evening. Judge for yourself about the quality and freshness of the bouquet.

The young man decided to do something nice and ordered a bouquet of roses (3.12). The very next day, a couple of roses began to wither. We thought maybe it was from the cold, we changed the water several times, cut it off. The next day, half of the flowers wilted. There was a spoiled mood and money to waste. We wanted to resolve everything peacefully, wrote on Instagram, explained the whole situation, to which we received the answer that the staff did not understand why the flowers behaved like that, said that according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus flowers are not exchangeable and refundable, and offered a 10% discount on the subsequent order. And now we have to throw out the bouquet after two days, despite the fact that money was also paid for it. Please, the management should pay attention to this and improve the service of your service. With this approach to customers, you simply won't have them.

Tempering 30.08.2023 on 08/31/2023 for a child on September 1, 5 roses color (peach) + delivery, the girl on the phone offered white roses, since those roses were in a small quantity and I understood that they were not very fresh. They changed it to white without any problems. The courier delivered 5 white roses in a shipping package, checked for the presence of the package, did not open it because they still needed to be brought home, but in vain. I opened it at home and it turned out that one rose immediately crumbled and another one was on the way, they definitely won't live until tomorrow. I contacted the girl on the phone and explained the situation, to which I was given only one answer: "That I should have completely unpacked the flowers and looked at them"
The flowers were not fresh from the beginning, it's obvious!!! They sold the garbage. 20 white rubles is just a waste. And this is before September 1st. The problem was not solved, they say it was their own fault that they did not look. Disgusting attitude towards the customer
