I am very disappointed!! The first time I made an order through this store on Instagram, guided by the number of subscriptions and the fact that there were many mutual friends. I decorated a bouquet of 25 branches of 171 roses and made my choice in favor of not cheap roses, from 8 rubles. And this, as I understand it, is FOR ONE rose. The bouquet was brought to the restaurant 20 minutes earlier than the stated time, which I should pay attention to. We weren't supposed to be there yet, and the organizers understood that. I had to take my word for it and pay for the bouquet through erip. I was able to check the exact amount only in the morning, which shocked me!!!! There were no more than 80 roses INSTEAD OF 171. I did this because I expected a bouquet of the appropriate size for 225 rubles. When contacting the group to exchange a bouquet or refund money, the buddies behaved disinterestedly and tried to expose the culprit from me, guided by the fact that it was necessary to check the bouquet in advance (for which I already understood the reason) and 171 roses they meant it TURNS OUT to BE an APPROXIMATE NUMBER!!! I'm shocked guys! I don't recommend this store to anyone, although there is only one guy from the staff who is adequate and ready to enter into a dialogue. Don't make my mistake - check the bouquets!

I have never seen such an attitude towards my work and clients… The order was: 4 bouquets of 7 tulips for a gift to educators, with delivery. Not only did they count 5 for me instead of 4, but I didn't consider it a bad job, but in vain… In the evening, bouquets wrapped in paper were brought to me, I took them away in the house and burst into tears!!!! I've never seen such a terrible design in my life! A kilogram of white crumpled paper with a kilogram of cellophane, in which the unfortunate 7 tulips dangle like sausages against the background of this huge pile of wrappers, the bouquet is not formed! To my question, "how can you treat your work like this?" The answer was "you can come and we will arrange for you on the spot" Is this bullying? Where to come? At night? When this squalor needs to be given to people in the morning... finally hire a florist who understands at least something about colors and decoration, remove the person who creates such horror!!!!

I placed an order through the website, ordered 11 meter roses and paid delivery for 10 rubles. The employee called back and said in a boorish voice that you need to buy 15 roses and then there will be delivery, or go to our store and pick up the flowers yourself, but you cannot buy 11 roses and pay for delivery separately. Then why do you have a 10p paid delivery service on your website if you can't use it??? Judging by recent reviews, this is a bad store for buying flowers.

I order flowers only because of their quality, they are really beautiful and well worth it. But in order to save your nerves, I advise you to go to the salon right away, because after communicating with the manager on Instagram, your mood will be spoiled.
