We work with many carriers and have been importing for more than 10 years. As they say, there is someone to compare it with. They were taking China along the railway. In general, there are no complaints about the manager: the job is done. There are questions to the authorities: they refused to fulfill their obligations for delivery without full payment for transportation, which is why we got 300 rubles for additional storage. Although I warned the manager about the circumstances and asked him to wait just a day. I just got an answer from the manager in the evening:no money, no delivery. My claims remained without comment and it is unknown why my number was taken, because no one from the management contacted me as a result. It is clear that they do not care about the customers. Comparing your experience with other companies, even small ones, is not in your favor. I'm not talking about big companies. I highly do not recommend this forwarder. By the way, the lack of responses to reviews also shows the attitude of this team towards the client.

Хочу выразить благодарность РоудТрансЛогистик за своевременную доставку груза. Уже не первый раз заказываю грузоперевозки из Китая, очень доволен отношением и подходом к работе.

Заказывали перевозку грузов из Китая. Сделали все по договору, товар привезли в оговоренное время. Очень доброжелательные сотрудники. Надеюсь на дальнейшее сотрудничество.
