The medical staff in the emergency room is terrible. It's just disgusting to talk. Yesterday I brought my father, the doctor on duty couldn't even distinguish chickenpox from herpes. It is good that there are other clinics with more competent doctors.
But in December, my mother had an emergency operation. Many thanks to the surgeons, anesthesiologist, gynecologist Natalia Viktorovna and the nurses from the surgical department🙏🏽 Mom was satisfied.

I applied for a paid service (blood donation rw / hepatitis/ HIV), paid for it and passed the tests. A week later, I came for the results, as a result, the HIV result was not done, allegedly I had to give an additional piece of paper, although nothing was said about it in advance, and another medical employee, too, who took the tests, did not say anything when giving blood that this additional piece of paper was needed.
A medical employee from the 16th office began to be rude, talked in a raised tone - she said that "this is not her problem, and the young are stupid now," and I took these tests for free, apparently she did not know that if I had not paid, no one would have taken the tests from me.
It is a very strange provision of a paid service, you run around 3 different offices yourself, you look for your own in a bunch of other analyses (no one gives you everything yourself) and plus the service was not performed and the money was not returned.
If these are paid services, what an interesting service on a free basis.
Due to this incident, the timing of the planned operation has shifted.
I highly recommend this institution specifically for the performance of the above services.

You read reviews about doctors and are happy.But now I'm faced with the indifference of a help desk employee. 2.08.21 g. I had to take tests at the clinic before 10 o'clock. I was released at 9:40. A relative is in the hospital. Reception of broadcasts from 11:00 a.m. In order not to walk in the heat once again, I turned to the information desk attendant with a request to leave the package in the transfer basket, so that later at 11 o'clock the nurse would give it to the patient. I received a sharp refusal. When I asked why I couldn't do it, they explained to me that the transmissions were missing. At the same time, the basket is located half a meter from the attendant, next to her workplace, in the office room. We sat together for 1 hour and 20 minutes: I was on the couch, the desk attendant, playing with the phone. The nurse seemed ready to help, but the attendant forbade it. Tell me, what damage would have been done to the hospital if my package had waited for 11 o'clock not on the couch next to me, but in the transfer basket? Within 1 hour and 20 minutes, the attendant managed to drink tea in the back room, leave the workplace (without closing the office space), the nurse answered the calls correctly at that time. Maybe it's just necessary to swap them and entrust the nurse with a more responsible post?
I am 63 years old, the mood from communicating with the attendant and from useless sitting on the couch was completely spoiled.
I understand that there is a schedule for receiving broadcasts, but there are exceptional cases, especially since the person attached to the information desk was not involved in anything at all, and probably my package lying in the basket would not have spoiled the employee's tea party in any way and did not interfere with her communication on the phone.
I took off one star in the assessment for this very reason. The rest of the staff are very friendly.
