I bought a roof for a bathhouse from this seller. The order was placed on 06/25/2019. I gave an advance payment for the material in the amount of 300 b.r. The manager said that by Wednesday (07/03/2019) the order could be picked up. On 07/01/2019, I called the manager to clarify when the order would be ready, the manager replied that he did not know yet and would call back after 10 o'clock. In the afternoon, the manager called and said that the order was in stock and could be picked up tomorrow. After that, I agreed with the installers that they would perform the roof installation work on 07/03/2019, and in the second half I planned to go pick up the order and take it to the installation site. 02.07.2019 before going to the warehouse for the goods, I re-dialed the manager and was stunned by the answer: I was told that my order is not ready yet and will be ready only on Thursday. When asked why I wasn't even warned, I was told that I wasn't the only one and he didn't have time to call everyone. I said that I would call back, as I needed to decide what to do now, since there was an agreement with the installers on 07/03/2019. When I called again, the following dialogue took place:
I: How will the problem be solved?
M: We will arrange free delivery for you?
I: And who will compensate me for the fuel that I will come to accept the goods?
M: Let me bring you another 500 dollars.
Me: Take it.
M: What are you fooling with my head, come and take the advance.
After this conversation, I had to go to their office. When the manager saw me, he immediately sent me to the accounting department to write an application for a refund of the advance payment. When asked on what terms the advance payment will be refunded to me, the answer was "on the usual terms", i.e. they will simply refund the money without even apologizing. When asked on what terms the offered free shipping will be carried out for me, the answer was that my order was canceled and I was sent to write an application for a refund of the advance payment.
The accountant offered to write an application for a refund of the advance payment, in connection with the refusal of the order. I wrote a statement outlining the whole situation, after which another guy (possibly the director) was invited and tried to resolve the situation by again offering me free shipping, arguing that I would not buy iron anywhere before Thursday.
As a result, after spending half a day and a lot of nerves, I agreed to delivery on Thursday (07/04/2019).
On 07/04/2019, around 21.00, an order was brought to me, but for some reason it turned out to be incomplete, there were no snow holders. The driver said they would be delivered to me later. But on the day of writing the review, on 07/11/2019, no one even contacted me. The roof was mounted without them, now you will have to re-expose the scaffolding, take people to install snow holders.
I described everything in such detail, because I am outraged by such an irresponsible and disregard for the client. When accepting the order, everyone was very kind and pleasant in communication, and then no one cares about you, you gave the money for an advance and waited for a while, you can't go anywhere.
So it's better to avoid this company.
