Pros- there is a whiff of antiquity from all sides. Cons- it undergoes a natural process of destruction, and the garbage is left by the servants of God. In a word, it's abandoned, but for a lover of antiquity, there are enough impressions to feel the breath of the old pre-Soviet Crayfish.
