To the question, why is the last 20 service ticket earlier than 16? The answer was that this man had come to the window earlier. So the question arises, what is this single electronic queue for? And by the way, after standing in line for 36 minutes, I did not receive my shipments. They got lost and we'll figure it out. My opinion is that the postal service operators in the Cherven post office are not competent both in their work and in communicating with customers. I would have put half an asterisk.
