I faced an ambiguous situation for me: I sent a parcel to this mail to unscrupulous buyers. I contacted the girls of this post office by phone, the girls explained everything to me, explained: how to do, what to do, how to return the parcel. I understand that this is their job, but everything is smooth, not all people are so responsible about their duties and work. I am a Russian, I went to the post office and wanted to put money on my phone, I did not succeed, probably because I had a Russian VTB card.
