The second time I applied to s-kupe.by . Excellent work of the staff at all stages. I ordered both a cabinet compartment and a built-in swing, both well and on time made. All my wishes have been taken into account, many storage sections with various functionality have been thought out in the cabinets, and they even agreed to make an 850 cm cabinet with far shelves in the corridor. Both times I already had sketches of the desired type of cabinets, everything was taken into account and even improved from a professional point of view, everything was agreed upon at the measurement stage.

I ordered a swing cabinet, everything was completed on time, quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend it. But... the sediment remained. The salon calculated one price for me. When the measurer arrived, the cost of the cabinet increased by 300 rubles with fewer shelves. I had to remind him about the shares. He said that the salon did not calculate the cost of accessories. Then ask questions to the consultant. As a result, the price decreased, but it still turned out to be more expensive.

Specifically, I decided to apply here on the recommendation of my friend, who spoke well about the company. I was interested in making a wardrobe. I talked to an employee on the spot, who guided me on all issues, including cost, and answered all questions. Most of all, I was pleased with the fact that the deadlines set in advance were met. They were delivered and assembled on a convenient day for me. I like the closet, it is made conscientiously, there are no defects at all, everything is fine. I consider the cost for such quality to be quite reasonable. I can also recommend the company now, no doubt about it.

I was led to a lot of positive reviews and regretted a thousand times that I contacted this organization. At first everything seemed to be going well, the measurer came, discussed all the points, chose the colors. On the day of installation, I personally could not attend, and what was my surprise when I discovered that the stitching of risers in the Bathroom blocked all access to meters and taps. I started arguing with the installers, but it turned out that it was their measurer who wrote the dimensions in his sketch that he wanted and when the installer called him to clarify the moment, he said that it was necessary, the customers wanted it that way!!!! In addition, he also indicated the wrong size of the handles, which had to wait another 2 weeks later. The installers are great, there are no questions for them, they mounted well, cleaned up the garbage after themselves. But the measurer Maxim is a wild horror, such an inattentive employee should not work at such a crucial stage
I do not recommend this organization, at the stage of concluding the contract I recommended it to my friends, but then I called them and told them not to get in touch, nerves are more expensive!

We ordered an MDF wardrobe and a shoe rack here. The order was completed and set exactly on the pre-planned day. The collectors worked quickly, the furniture was collected very carefully and all the garbage was removed.
In general, having worked with a variety of companies and teams during the renovation of the apartment, I can say that extremely punctual people work here who appreciate your and their time. This is a rarity these days.

I am very disappointed in the work of this company. I came twice to calculate two cabinets, discussed everything with the consultants regarding their external and internal filling, and agreed on the departure of the measurer. The "specialist" at the measurement named Maxim did not have any information about our order with him and from scratch demanded to answer him what size and type shelves, drawers, etc. should be. Why we needed to spend so much time with the salon's consultants, checking all these sizes, is completely unclear. The measurer Maxim could neither clearly answer questions, nor give his recommendations, nor provide information that we had already discussed in detail in the salon and agreed with the manager Ilona. I had to calculate all the dimensions myself from scratch, to which this very measurer irritably commented - I do not know what you think there! Decide quickly, I have to go further to the measurements.
A disgruntled, incorrect and incompetent specialist of this company discouraged me from any desire to work with them! Big disappointment and wasted time!
A request to Ilona's manager to provide another competent and polite specialist for measurement was also refused - "We have such a company policy: whoever comes to you for measurement, work with him."
Customer orientation at the "highest" level!

The measurer Maxim is overloaded.
Firstly, it is constantly measured for an hour (at least 7! once) was distracted by incoming calls. Immediately after the measurement, it was not possible to calculate the amount and conclude a contract (he referred to employment), only after more than 10 days he was able to drive up (after reminding him about himself). But I fixed the installation date 3 days after the measurement.
The installation of the cabinet was on 20.11 (on time), almost everything was done well, the men were tactful, it was comfortable to communicate and solve questions during installation.
Secondly, on the day of installation, as it turned out, the mirror was not ready, despite this, we paid the entire amount. Maxim said that everything would be fine within 1-2 days (it would take 5 minutes to bring and glue the mirror).
But only on 24.11, after my call, he brought the mirror and it turned out that after installing the cabinet it was slightly too big. (Even during these ~ 5 minutes of fitting the mirror, he was distracted by an incoming call) He took it away, said he would bring it next week, could not answer when, said that he had more free Fridays.
I decided to wait for Friday (01.12). But, for the entire following week, there was no information from Maxim about the mirror.
I had to call again to remind myself on 04.12 (10 days later). He replied that the mirror had not been brought yet, and agreed that he would call back during the day. But, not surprisingly, he never called back.
A call for tomorrow - it turned out that the mirror was brought after all (coincidence? after my reminder ...).
Now again in limbo, when the mirror is brought and installed ...
The plans of the clients are not taken into account, an unpleasant aftertaste remains...

Видно, что ребята профессионалы на своем рынке. Все четко и по делу начиная от заявки и до сборки шкафа. Замерщик-дизайнер помог правильно спроектировать и подобрать материалы для шкафа. Мастер собрал шкаф добросовестно, без брака. И в целом все произведено супер. Шкафом-купе довольна! Своих денег стоит! Буду обращаться еще!

Обратились в компанию для заказа дверей в межкомнатный проем, Менеджеру Дмитрию все подробно объяснили , 10 раз переспросили будет ли они выглядеть именно так как нам надо, в ответ услышали положительный ответ, но по итогу двери пришли в черной пленке про которую речь не шла,при обращении к этому Дмитрию в ответ услышала , я вам все говорил, если хотите мы за вас счет переделаем! Когда я попросила поднять видеозапись с нашим разговором, оказалось видео и аудио запись у них не видеться! При таких обстоятельствах их фирма убеждена, что заказчик не прав

Многообразие качественных, стильных выставочных образцов в салоне на Дзержинского,11, один из которых впишется в ваш интерьер. Здесь мы нашли ту самую мебель в прихожую, и все благодаря профессионалам- дизайнеру Ирине, мастеру- замерщику Максиму, которые были в высшей степени компетентны, внимательны, терпеливы. Они выслушали нас, предложили несколько вариантов, а во время выезда еще и улучшили внутреннюю планировку распашных шкафов. Их опыт помог нам максимально функционально использовать пространство небольшой прихожей. А работа установщиков заслуживает отдельной благодарности: качественно, аккуратно, чисто, быстро установили и пропылесосили за собой. А мы всего лишь проходили рядом и наше спонтанное решение зайти в этот салон оказалось таким удачным. Спасибо за слаженную работу всей команде.

Хорошая фирма. Одна из немногих у которых есть салон, ибо для меня было важно посмотреть на образцы материалов в живую. Приехал замерщик всё грамотно объяснил, сразу же подписали договор, договорились на время которое было удобно мне когда приедут устанавливать. Мастер который устанавливал всё сделал аккуратно, всё за собой убрал это тоже считаю плюсик. Вообщем рекомендую.

Специалист приехал , замерил, все рассказал о встроенных шкафах. Показал образцы ручек, показал как будут выглядеть полочки и что можно придумать на маленьком пространстве.
Через неделю( ничего не переносилось, все в срок) приехал мой шкаф и специалист по установке(не спросила имя). Приятный мужчина собрал шкаф, разъяснил детали эксплуатации, как чистить, как регулировать высоту дверец, как следить за тем, чтобы шкаф служил долго.
Выбросил мусор, пропылесосил после установки 🤝
Я очень довольна результатом и первый раз советую и пишу отзыв с таким же вдохновением и энтузиазмом как в первый день установки шкафа.
Он, кстати, оказался очень даже вместительным

Отличная работа! Понравилось всё, начиная от звонка на офис и заканчивая установкой шкафа. Пришёл в салон. Сказал, что пришёл в первый раз, ничего не знаю о выборе шкафов. На что мне было сказано, разбирайтесь, потом приходите. Ничего не объяснили, не подсказали, не помогли определиться с выбором. Консультантка сказала: «У меня нет времени, до конца рабочего дня осталось 40 минут, кто хочет «считаться» садитесь, остальные мимо». Клиентоориентированность ниже плинтуса.

Приятно когда ценят тебя и твое время. s-kupe всё делает четко по времени в оговоренные сроки - замер, доставка, установка. Сборка была в указанный в договоре срок через 10 дней и заняла 5 часов как и обещал замерщик. Качество на высоком уровне. Спасибо что цените клиентов!

Я восхищён взаимодействием с этой компанией! Все чётко, слаженно и без каких-либо неожиданностей! В оговоренное время приехал замерщик, профессионально помог сформировать заказ, подписали договор и, что вы думаете?! В ПРОПИСАННУЮ в договоре дату с предварительным уточняющим звонком нам приехали ив течение нескольких часов установили отличный шкаф. Ни одной претензии! По правде говоря, я не знал, что такое бывает в жизни! Фирма, в которой работают мастера своего дела! Огромное спасибо!

Мы с женой обратились в S-kupe по рекомендации и не пожалели! Отличный сервис, приятный персонал. С учетом всех наших пожеланий, дизайнером был нарисован "Шкаф нашей мечты". А что больше порадовало-это быстрое и качественное изготовление. В прошлую пятницу нам его устанавливал "Мастер своего дела". Ответственный подход, аккуратная щепетильная установка и чистота после проведенной работы. Шкафом остались очень довольны!:) Рекомендуем компанию S-kupe!

Заслуженно!
Из возможных 5-ти ставлю 5 и вот почему:
- понятная и дружелюбная коммуникация в течение всего процесса (от прихода в салон и общения с консультантом, до общения с мастером во время сборки).
- быстрая, профессиональная и четкая подготовка плана шкафа с замерщиком (без всяких "э-э", "ну-у" на возможные вопросы)
- о времени доставки и интервале сборки сообщили за день, в оговоренное время прибыл шкаф (разобранный), за оговоренный интервал (даже быстрее) шкаф был собран. Пунктуальность на лицо!
Сотрудники компании s-kupe, не знаю сколько времени у вас ушло на столь слаженный процесс, но результат явно заслуживает высокой оценки!
