I asked about the repair of two small cameras. A week later, I received a call with information that both were repaired for 40 rubles. I come the next day, they can't be found and they say that they have information in their database about the return without repair and they still can't find it, they said they will inform you when they find it. I call the next day, they say in a week they will fix only one for 85 rubles, the second one will be refunded. I called today at the beginning of the day, when they promised to fix it, they said the master would be in an hour to find out from him how things were going with the repair, even after two hours they did not dial, I called again, they said they would clarify and call back, they did not dial, I called two more times they did not answer, I called in the evening they said that the master had already left and they I'm not aware of the situation. The fact that they can't fix it is fine, but what relation to the client is unacceptable, addressing me with obscene words and a dissatisfied voice. I sincerely advise you not to contact these people
