Favorite gym. A cozy atmosphere. The staff is very polite and friendly. Professional trainers. The gym is equipped with all the necessary equipment. For cardio, there is a bike, an ellipsoid and treadmills. Water, cups and paper towels are always provided. The hall is being ventilated. The gym and locker room are very clean. Thank you very much! I always go to training with pleasure!)

A classroom for those who value their time and want to get the maximum result in the shortest possible time. I started walking in February of this year, I got the first pronounced result after 1 month, strength indicators and endurance increased significantly. I'm a very busy person, but gym time is sacred in my life. Special thanks to coach Nikolai, for his professionalism and friendly atmosphere, without his guidance there would not have been those achievements and probably would have given up training. And so every Saturday I'm in the gym, because this is the best time to spend that you can think of.

The hall is well equipped for its size. What I would especially like to note: coaches Ivan and Vitaly are excellent examples of personal gym trainers! (they gratuitously suggest to the beginners of the gym the correct technique for performing various exercises, looking at what kind of game they are creating; they carefully listen to the problematic moments and goals of each person and adapt the training to them, and not their "favorite exercises of the coach" and monotonous splits for all wards; excellent positive energy, goodwill). I would like to ask Coach Alyosha to make her face a little simpler, since she decided to work at the reception. On the day when Alesya will please any visitor with a smile, it may happen that I will go and buy a lottery ticket - it will be the most successful day of my life.

A pleasant polite receptionist. The locker rooms are clean, there are hangers in the lockers. The toilet and shower are also clean. Attentive coaches, on-duty coaches look after visitors in the presence of errors, will prompt or come to the rescue to omit something, to help put it. A nice little hall, despite the fact that it is small, there are few people in the evening. A good cardio zone. Neatly in the hall itself, nothing is lying around, everything is in its place. There is a separate fitness room, in the absence of group classes, you can safely work out there. In addition to the gym, fitness destinations are offered. And most importantly, a good location, not far from the Uruchye metro station, it takes less than 5 minutes to walk.

It's not a bad gym, not very big, but it has everything you need for training. Polite admins, coaches seem to be fussing, doing something. The only thing that is not clear to me is the price: if you compare it with other halls with the same price tag, then this hall is well worth 100 rubles subscription

It's a great gym for me, an amateur. The ideal location in Uruchye. There are absolutely all basic training simulators. A calm, friendly, working atmosphere. The coaches are sociable and easy to communicate. There is enough space and light. Acceptable comfort in the locker room and showers. The subscription price is excellent based on the average in Minsk.
