Funny place, not guest friendly at all, they run a police centre inside making financial fines to guests for using swimming pool without there permission. Please be careful before booking this hotel. Better to avoid. Very bad feedback from my friends who used it.

A new cosy hotel with nice rooms, tasty restaurant and a great spa. Spent a week here during my travel. Hope to stay next time visiting Almaty. Spa is highly recommended!
