Friendly staff. On the other side there is a covered veranda. I really like croissants and Kiev cutlets. The breakfasts are delicious, but I think they are expensive here, when compared with similar cafes.

baking usually does not lie too long, after lunch you can no longer find much. therefore, it is better to go for the same cheesecakes in the morning. by the way, the muffin at Safia is simply delicious. and the most delicious Napoleon, which in this branch can be taken in the form of a pie, not a quarter of a sheet cake.

We had a tradition of having breakfast in Safia on Hamid Alimzhan. Today, on 22.05 at 11:20, this tradition ended with the rudeness of the administration of this cafe. We always come to breakfast with a soy dog - a little toy poodle. Today we were sitting quietly, the dog was sitting on a chair, coffee and breakfast had already been brought to us, and at that moment the administrator decided to come up and scold us for the dog: he swore and demanded that the dog be lowered to the ground. Why after so many visits and exactly when breakfast has already been brought? (At that time, we had already been sitting for 20 minutes). In general, we will never go to Safia again and, as before, we will not advise all our friends from Russia to have breakfast here.
P.S. We understand that each restaurant/cafe has its own rules, but why do they differ depending on the day and are not discussed immediately?

I sent the design to the manager, he confirmed everything, and he also promised that for an additional fee it would be possible to increase the amount of cherries and chocolate in the filling. I gladly agreed. (There is a correspondence). As a result: a cake with mastic, chocolate and cherries, the cat cried!!!! Safiya lost a client. Previously, they were the only ones who always ordered, not a foot more.
