The hotel has a wonderful location and it hold the time of its luxury, it's bit old but very well maintained. The staff was super friendly, especially the house keeping staff and the bell boys ( Kelly and Alexander

I had a very bad experience with the concierge team, in specific with Anastasia. She was unhelpful and very rude to us. I needed time to get currency exchange and she didn't allow me in and wasn't supportive when we were extremely tired from our flight. She was talking down to us and ignored me when I was asking her. Upon checkout, I asked her if they have the weighter to weigh the luggage, she said NO and hung up the phone. But then discovered from another employee that they do have this service which I availed & paid for. I'll never forget my bad and awful experience because of Anastasia. Please note that this is my 3rd stay with Aurora hotel but Anastasia made it the worst one yet.

Location is good Staff not friendly I had Insects bite in the bed when i informed the reception they told me you have sensitive skin from Lenin material
