We went to the church store with groceries: I bought cottage cheese and honey - as a country person I can say that both cottage cheese and honey are natural, not like in stores. It turned out that they were brought here from a local farm.

This monastery consists of a whole complex of different churches, buildings and premises!!!
There are church shops and shops with cafes and a dining room!
The nicest place to spend time with family, alone and in society. You will be pleasantly surprised by a lot of what you have seen here: how church services are held, how a huge number of parishioners greet each other and congratulate each other on the holiday, the clergy, the nuns who live here in cells, the products that they make and sell themselves simply do not have enough time to count everything!!!
I strongly advise everyone to visit this place and of course see the rector, the most wonderful person who conducts services is so attractive and ordinary - you will understand all this yourself after visiting here…

My dream has come true. I've been to this God-forsaken place. Extraordinary goodness, silence, spiritual work and service are felt in everything. There are 3 active Temples on the territory. The Liturgy at different times. There are a lot of people in all of them. But there is enough space for everyone. There is a hotel opposite the monastery. Clean, everything is at the highest level. The Ark refectory is two steps away. Everything is very expensive in Russian rubles. Cards are not accepted in the monastery and shops
. Stock up on cash. There is an exchanger nearby. It works around the clock. By the way, the Mir card or Belarusian cash is only valid at gas stations.

It's just a wonderful place. It is very pleasant to visit the temple here (especially since there are several of them and they are slightly different). How beautifully the choir sings, I already want to cry. In addition, there is a large church shop with books and various products of the monastery (especially angels). I love the honey shop, the shop with natural medicines (we always buy something, the assortment is often updated. We use only monastic shampoos and hair masks, I highly recommend throat sprays with eucalyptus and orange with herbs (I forgot what it's called). Since throat diseases are a constant problem for me, I often use them. If you manage at the first symptoms, you may not get sick. I love monastery pies! If you get there successfully, then there will be a lot of choice. There is also a cafe where you can have a tasty and relatively inexpensive meal. In general, this is a place where you can heal both soul and body. It's definitely worth going here, which I do periodically. I also recommend the monastery's YouTube channel, where you can watch the broadcast of services, sermons, programs for children, conversations with the priest, recipes.

The painting is of high quality, pay attention to the dome, the saints are registered, the dome in blue tones stands out especially. Near the monastery buildings, a stall selling food, a church shop (they do not take cards in it). There are a lot of hand-made artworks of novices in the shop-paintings, ceramics, etc., it is beautiful and attractive, the price is appropriate. To be honest, the complex as a whole was not impressed, it is better to go to Optina Deserts (by the way, there is an announcement on the stand that there are pilgrimage trips there). Parking along the road, there were places, but on holidays, I think, it is not so free. I recommend stopping by, perhaps your opinion will be different.
