I am extremely disappointed with the services of the travel agency SAKUB LLC!We asked this tour operator to arrange a vacation in Turkey. Travel agent Natalia picked up an option that suited us, gave the go-ahead for urgent payment (because they endlessly change some courses, it is not clear what they are tied to, who used the services of travel agencies, they will understand). Well, okay, we paid, we began to pack, and by the evening of the same day we received a message that the receiving party had not confirmed the reservation and it was not fate to get to this hotel. We were shocked, a little upset, but as it turned out, it happened. And since they booked at the last moment, they understood that some kind of force majeure was possible. Natalia, the travel agent, reassured us that this happens sometimes and began to offer other options that did not suit us both in terms of price and level of hotels. As a result, we agreed that the tour operator returns the money to us in full and on the deal. When asked how the tour operator is going to return our money, they replied that it is possible in cash or on a card, but there is no cash at the cash desk now and no one could clearly answer when they will be ...
Maybe they will appear next week, or maybe two weeks later. It is clear that this arrangement did not suit. While on vacation and visit the office of SAKUB LLC every day with a question:and whether our money appeared in your cash register ... It would be a memorable vacation ! As a result, we agreed on the transfer to the card. And then the most interesting thing began. The accountant of the company seemed to assume that they could withdraw the commission, but this did not stop her, and this is understandable. The money is ours, not the company's. As a result, the bank withdrew the commission and our unsuccessful communication with the travel agency SAKUB LLC cost us about € 65 at the exchange rate.
When asked who will reimburse this amount, Natalia replied with a message: "a lot of course....the bank charges." And that was the end of the communication with the LLC. And so let's sum up. The Turks are to blame for not confirming the reservation, B... the bank is to blame for charging such interest. And what about your customers who have paid the specified amount with all your courses and 3% and cannot then return it in full? And everyone is to blame, but not you.
That's the kind of vacation it turned out to be.
