The staff is friendly, they fulfilled all my requests. It is cooked in 5-10 minutes. You can assemble your own dish from the ingredients. Thanks, I'll come again)

The food is not bad. But the waiting time is a disaster. What is their trick:
You approach the counter, place an order, they say: "wait 10-15 minutes" ... and give out a receipt where the order time is 7-10 minutes later!!! Apparently, an institution from the future ... you approach with the question: "where is the order? It's been 20 minutes." And they poke your nose into the receipt and make a fool of you: "girl, look at the time in the receipt"
They repeatedly made remarks: "figure out the settings of the cash register, stop making idiots of visitors"
But ... and after a couple of months nothing has changed....
So if you have an extra hour to wait for soup to be poured or a salad to be thrown at you - here you are!
Dear administration, figure out the time settings in your equipment! And stop deceiving the visitors!!!!

Incompetence and complete rudeness. Fantastically terrible service.
The order was not delivered in 3 hours, the receptionist hung up.
An hour and a half after placing the order (the delivery is promised on the website for 60-70 minutes) they called me and offered to replace one of the positions, because they don't prepare it at the point. Why take an order to an institution where it cannot be fulfilled in principle is not clear. Moreover, payment is made only when placing an order.
I was not satisfied with this and I offered to cancel the order, especially since the waiting time has already exceeded the promised. But instead of canceling, I was offered to transfer the order to another of their establishments, where it can be fulfilled, and "in 40 minutes it will be with you." I agreed.
Another hour and a half passed. There is no order. I called the contact number. Separately, I would like to mention the manner of the administrator answering the call with the word "hello", without introducing himself or greeting. It seems that you've got the wrong number and are calling a personal one.
When asked about the fate of my order, I was told that I asked for it myself(!) to move it to another institution, and because of this delay. And by the way, they saw the order more than an hour after the moment of my payment. I was also informed that I had been sent to a meeting (probably the name of the attempt to fulfill the order after all, violating the deadlines 3 times). The fact that the order was initially accepted by an institution that cannot fulfill it, they are not to blame, and since I want a refund, they will "make it right now" for me. Then they called her a boor and hung up on her.
I would have given the employee's name if she had bothered to introduce herself.
