I ordered a combo-2 through the website. I came to pick it up, they tell me that combos can't be ordered only for delivery, takeaway or on the spot. I show the administrator that I can order a takeaway through the site, writes "the order is accepted", and offer to pay. Instead, the administrator says, "I don't know anything, I have an empty order from you, I won't punch it." I show her again what I ordered on their website and at their point and for pickup. In response, the same thing: "I'm empty, I don't know anything."
There is also no information on the website or anywhere else that only for delivery.
As a result, it simply refuses to serve customers who have specially arrived and are ready to pay

An interesting place. The portions are large. You can eat this salad. The gas stations are good. The prices are good.
But there are also disadvantages:
1. Cold borscht is terrible
2. Some ingredients (in particular tomatoes) are cut too large.
3. There are some questions about the recipe (caesar should have quail eggs and cherry tomatoes, not the usual ones)
But in general, it is a very good alternative to modern fast food.

I bought a Caesar salad with shrimp , which was made to me in front of me in 30 seconds by simply throwing everything into a plate without weighing it . I ordered two portions of soup and two pancakes today. They brought me in a wet paper bag, which filled my floor at work, the courier's hands and mine, respectively. There was half a serving of soup. The courier said that he had already received such an order.
I called the number listed on the website. The second time the phone was picked up. Of course, they said it was the courier's fault, but they sent the exact same order for free, and also put in an additional 2 drinks. It 's just disgusting . Caesar was ordered on August 18 , I have never tasted worse salad . When I took it, it just stank unrealistically. 09/10/22 visited the institution with his wife. Coincidence or not, I can't say that the next day, with a fever and a 10-fold relaxation of the stool per day, I went on sick leave. But I will leave a review.
We always visited this place once a month with my wife. It's always been great!
The last thing that alerted me was this:
1. The staff consists of a girl of about 30 years old and a bunch of schoolchildren. If it wasn't for the girl, there wouldn't be any sense. The latte was cooked for about ten minutes (I watched): either the lid could not be closed in the cup, or the milk was poured three times into the tank of the coffee machine. OK, we've managed with two mugs.
2. As always, there are a lot of crackers in Caesar, this is a local feature, sort of. The chicken is always dry.
3. Not having had time to have dinner with my wife, our meal was disrupted by a woman cleaning the dishes. With the words "I have a workflow", she demanded to give her some of the dishes that we were no longer going to use. This has never happened before, and to be honest, I was taken aback by such treatment.
4. After eating the Nice salad, the wife began to have heartburn, which was not suppressed for three days. Although she constantly orders this particular salad, she has never had this before. And I, as mentioned above, went down for a week.
In general, I am not making any accusations, since there is zero evidence, but I will write a review.
And don't set foot here!
