We ordered the Caesar Delux salad, which includes pineapple, but we were informed that it could not be ordered because pineapples were not available. We chose a different dish.
At the payment stage, a new problem arose: the terminal returned the error "the network printer is not connected". When we pointed this out, the employee claimed that everything was working properly. As a result, we tried to pay:
- through the iPhone and Android payment systems — unsuccessfully;
- through three bank cards of different banks — also without success.
As a result, we paid in cash.
After the payment, another problem arose: the employee did not issue the receipt. We have doubts that the operation was carried out through the cashier.
When our order was ready, we noticed that the dishes were stained with soap stains.
And the food is not that tasty. Salty salads, the so-called draniki, are served together with the oil dripping from them.

The worst salad bar and terrible service I've ever been to!
Last night, a guy and I ordered 2 servings of pancakes and fresh orange juice. The chefs without hats, the saleswoman without enthusiasm in her eyes and didn't give a damn about this order.
And she said that the waiting time is 40 minutes. The request to prepare fresh food early was refused. Well, okay.
We're not going to stand outside this tent and wait, right? We went to play billiards, which (AS IT TURNED OUT LATER) was far from the salad bar and the signal did not pull. And we were not warned about this at all. Although they should have.
After an hour of playing billiards, we took the pager that hadn't rung and went to find out how the draniki were.
And they had been standing on the counter for a long time and were just cooling down. And the two saleswomen, as if nothing had happened, without apologies and without the same enthusiasm, just say here are your draniki, I didn't catch the pager, because you were probably far away.
They just ruined the mood!

Caesar salad is a large portion, but the tomato is sliced with a hard core (which is usually cut off), the eggs are overcooked, and there is too much salt.

I ordered delivery, pancakes with salmon, initially removed eggs from the dish when ordering on the website. We called back twice for other positions, no toast, no dessert, no mushrooms. They were delivered quickly, but the eggs were not removed, the pancakes were rubber, oil was just flowing from them, arugula, it felt like it had been lying for several months, salmon lay with arugula, strange color, salted and the bones were not removed. We bought pasta with a guy at the Galileo Shopping Center.
Firstly, it is terribly salty, secondly, I almost ate someone else's black hair, we are not scandalous people and did not sort things out and write complaints.
But here I want to express my dissatisfaction!Why do your girls, especially the COOK, who spins, cooks, does all this with a braided tail, from which strands of hair come out?

A great place to have a quick, satisfying and delicious meal. Large portions of salads, caesar is very tasty. The ingredients are all fresh and juicy. The pancakes are freshly fried, crispy, tastier than in many restaurants in the city, and they have such delicious caramelized onions, sweet and juicy. I like the idea of free water with lemon and mint.
I am returning to this place for the umpteenth time.

The place has always been well-known, and was famous for healthy and delicious food.. During this period, there is a set on the menu, at a cost of 20 rubles. Actually, which I bought, it includes pasta and salad. To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing. The order was made (19.02) on a weekday, at about one o'clock in the afternoon, there were few people, so it was cooked quickly, for this I add a star. But everything else is a complete horror.. To begin with, the plates were heavily stained, which gave off a disgusting smell. The pasta looked as if it had stood with previous customers for longer, it was barely warm (although I took the order a couple of minutes after the beep of the issued device), the taste was not the best, to put it mildly, but it was somehow saved by the preheated sauce (in which the oil had already appeared after the cooks reheated). When buying this set, I did not think that the employees were so indifferent to these dishes. There is absolutely no desire to come to this institution and I obviously would not advise my friends.

The entire order was waited for 35 minutes. I was sitting there waiting for the trays. the first course was made with pancakes and, logically, they were absolutely cold. also, the devices were not reported to one of the orders)
They made one refrigerator and then, when they collected almost the entire order (i.e. without one portion of the refrigerator), they were informed that they did not have any refrigerators. Is it okay? only the guy in the kitchen was pleased, he told us to wait 10 minutes and he would do everything. it tastes like an ordinary medium-sized refrigerator.
the vegetables in the salad are stale, the arugula was not even separated from the roots and just thrown on top, it was very bitter, I had to peel it off. there are no spices at all, that is, there is not even salt. I took salt and pepper from another place. the chicken is rubbery and also tasteless.
the service is disgusting. the girl is very unpleasant and seems to be doing a favor by accepting the order. don't even rush to give orders.
