I really liked the salon: a neat room, friendly staff, very pleasant prices. I always come here to clean my face. They clean quickly, neatly, the next day there are no problems. The doctor pronounces each action so as not to leave it in the unknown, for which special thanks) Also, I go to the dentist here. Teeth are repaired just as quickly, painlessly and not expensive. Once I even asked for 2 teeth to be repaired without anesthesia - the effect was surprising, it almost didn't hurt! I'll come back.

Dear Salfirin Medical Center, if you work according to the law, then work according to the law. You go to a dermatologist for a consultation, the doctor assures you that it is not a question of removing moles for a 15-year-old child, make an appointment when it gets cooler outside, comes to the reception, says yes, I will remove everything. We call after 2 months, they record without question, specifying who had a woman or a man. We come on the appointed day, they say they do not delete the children, only with the permission of the ankologist, they work according to the law, and whoever you were with, you need to sign up for that. That is, one works according to the law, the other does not.What an outrage, if it wasn't a day off, I would ask for half a day off, so that they would tell me that they only have everything as it should be, so why do you have doctors who circumvent the law, if at the first request for consultation a dermatologist said that there would be no questions before 18. But this is just an outrage. I do not recommend anyone who plans to go there, so as not to get into the same situation as us. Now this medical center is where I definitely won't go and I won't advise anyone.

Today I visited this medical center and was very pleased with the work of the administrator. Who ignored us, although I repeatedly asked to clarify when we would be accepted by our appointment. 1. I signed up on Wednesday evening, for Friday morning at 11:00. To the dentist for a pediatric consultation. And arriving at 10:50 with three children, we were escorted to the sofa, saying wait ... and the wait lasted 45 minutes. 2. I went to the reception several times to clarify what time we would be accepted, my requests were accompanied by "you will be invited". I explained that we have an appointment elsewhere at 12. Only after I came up and began to explain in a raised tone that waiting for 40 minutes was unacceptable, the administrator deigned to look at the log and said that I received a call yesterday and wanted to reschedule the recording. 3. When I asked to go to the office together and clarify how long I would be accepted, I was refused with the answer "the office needs to be sterilized" literally. According to the norms of the SanPiN. This is the first time I have heard of such a type of chair treatment, and the toolkit is processed in an autoclave and is not related to cleaning after the client. I know firsthand, I work in the butte field myself. That is, I was sitting with three children, and if I hadn't started to get indignant, it's unclear when we would have been accepted. Since our doctor got sick, that's what they told me. And I was not alone this morning, I advise you to look at the cameras. I got a call yesterday 1 time, I didn't hear the call. To which the administrator replied to me, she "does not have to get through," and I should have called back. For a moment, it's her job to call and let me know if there are changes in my record, if the doctor is ill, etc. She gets paid for it. This behavior of the administrator is not acceptable when working with people. I admit the human factor and delays, but I have to be aware of them and make a decision to wait or leave/re-sign. But they just ignore us. There is no service from the word at all… Please take action and be sure to check the cameras. Because of this attitude towards people, you lose people, money and reputation! and certainly no one will advise you....

Salphyrin does not know how to pierce ears with the 75 system. They don't even have a special "pistol" for this, into which disposable cartridges are inserted. They pierced my daughter's ear right with this cartridge without using a pistol, and also insisted that it was necessary and so right. I noticed it only after the first ear was pierced, because I watched how the puncture point was marked on the lobes. During the ear piercing, the doctor also gave advice on how to treat the skin on my daughter's face, while I did not ask her about it. I consider this to be cavalier behavior and lack of education. We will never come here again, and neither will you.
