I arrived by appointment on 03/19/25 at 18:00. I wanted to get a wolf haircut for long, slightly curly hair. At first, we discussed everything with the masters, it seemed that we understood each other (I thought at least this time the master would be a master, he would understand and do everything right), but alas, the only plus for the master was washing his head with all my heart, otherwise a complete failure!!! I asked to keep the length, with the expectation that everything above would be shorter as in the previously presented photo, but this did not happen. They cut the ends a little and that was the end of the haircut (((Then they started drying my hair and styling it, although there was no question of styling, the master noted that it was free (as I understand the compliment from the institution) in the middle I stopped the girl and asked if the length would go the higher the shorter, on what followed was the answer "yes, but we didn't do it very short, as the hair will rise and look like a curly hat" at this point it became clear that the master was completely incompetent in this area! The rest of the staff (administrators) They also did not distinguish themselves by their professionalism. As a result, I went to this institution to wash my hair and style my hair for 48 rubles (which I didn't even ask for!) To say that the evening was ruined is just to keep silent, although I came here thinking that the praise that was described to me about this place was not taken out of thin air. There was a bioavailment procedure, the impressions of visiting the salon remained extremely negative. The condition of the walls and ceiling, streaks, peeling plaster... the master did not deem it necessary to introduce himself (I found out, Tatiana). The procedure itself lasted about 4.5 hours. I was very persistently offered a "gentle" composition, 50 p more expensive than I expected, which flowed into my eyes, and at my request to do something, I was offered a napkin in someone's cropped hair... as a result, my hair turned into an absolute washcloth, with a sharp chemical smell, although I followed all the recommendations, bought special products for caring for curly hair and used them on the third day. As a result, the procedure cost 197 rubles, spoiled hair, wasted evening and ridiculous appearance

I came to the salon for coloring and haircut. Master Daria. I must say right away that the coloring is excellent, everything is as I wanted. But a haircut is a nightmare and an apocalypse. I asked on the phone if the master knows how to work with curly hair - they told me yes. Then I came and personally asked the same thing from the master and told him that curly haircuts have special features - the master smiled and said that of course. And then she started cutting hair. Of course, nothing was visible on the wet hair. Then she couldn't dry me (we once saw a lapdog with down sticking out in different directions - that's how I looked). I said that I would dry it myself and began to explain how to dry curly hair. The master groaned and said that this was the first time. After drying, I saw that the haircut was disgusting - a "hat" on top and hanging at the bottom. The master was terribly surprised again and said that this was the first time. Then, what should be parted in the middle (they didn't ask me which side I was wearing - apparently, it's not for me to decide in this salon). OK, I put it on a straight line - although I don't wear it and I DON'T WANT TO WEAR IT LIKE THAT - but at least look at it. It's the same. Then the master began to explain to me that if you straighten your hair, I will see that the haircut is even. Maybe. But that's why I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES if they know how to work with curls. And as a result, I was offered to pull out my hair to make it look at least somehow. Thanks for not being bald. A great haircut is better to wear under a hat, then it's generally perfect. As a result, they did not apologize to me, did not offer to fix it, did not take any step towards me (oh yes, except for exclamations "this is the first time" and "it seems to you that it is smooth, you just need to pull out your hair") - and of course they took the money in full. Curly-haired young ladies, NEVER SET FOOT here. They'll cut you off like a chihuahua and blink their eyes while you pay. Thanks for the ruined hairstyle, the need to redo it elsewhere, pay again (and the salon is not cheap, to put it bluntly) and feel like an idiot with the wrong hair that needs to be changed to adapt to the master.

I want to share my impressions of the salon "DA",which is located at Romanovskaya Sloboda 2a.It's just a delight and admiration!!!!!.Super professionals work in this salon! I've done everything for myself in one day.At Daria's hairdresser, I did a complex hair coloring, hair treatment and a cool haircut.Coloring and haircut -over, no praise!!!Daria is a master with GOLDEN hands!!!I made an interstitial and permanent eyebrow from master Maria.This master's eyebrows are a MASTERPIECE!!!!This is how not every master can see the beauty of a woman and, through his work, give beauty to a woman.Arzuv's moniker is fast, neat and very beautiful!The day turned out to be very short, I would love to get a pedicure.I signed up for another day. I was in this salon in early June, if it would be possible to put 0 stars, then I would do exactly that, I explain:
I already wrote one review that there were very "unpleasant" conditions in the salon: dirty handstands and completely dirty UV lamps, as well as mold on the wall, which I looked at all the manicure. After leaving a review, they called me and said that everything would be replaced and about the mold, they had already called the masters who would solve this issue, I made concessions, as the owner herself called me and promised to eliminate all this, the review was deleted. OK, but now I've removed the coating that was made for me in this salon on my hands and I'm just shocked, because my nail plate has become just as thin as a piece of paper, either it was repainted for me, or the materials were so low-quality, I don't know, but I couldn't make myself a new gel polish coating and I just go without a manicure and besides, my nails hurt from water, touching and just everything. I came to this beauty salon then only because I urgently needed a manicure + pedicure complex, and now I regret it, because never in all the years of manicure have I had nails that hurt so terribly and were so thin
Think 1000 times before you come here and get a manicure or pedicure here

I came to this studio for eyelash extensions for the second time, last time everything was super, I really liked it, Svetlana did it for me, she made classics in 2 hours. I think, class, I found a good master, now I will go to this studio. Initially, I went to the cream because I didn't know if I would like it or not, in the end I decided that I would go according to their usual price list since the work is top class. I come today - I see another master, I think, well, I'll do it from her. Half an hour was filmed - not so long, I allocated 2.5 hours and then I was going to spend my day off normally. During the removal, my eyelid was pinched a couple of times, well, I think nothing happens. When they started to build up, I asked how long it would take, they said it would be ready in 2 hours. 2.5 hours have passed - I have only one eye ready! We talked to the girl and she said that she didn't have much experience and in general I was her first client in this studio. That is, I was signed up for eyelash extensions at the usual cost to the master for working out… No one warned me about this. At this time, the master said that she was asked not to say that she was doing eyelashes here for the first time and they would warn me themselves. The master told the studio staff that her working time is from 3 hours, maybe more, depending on the complexity of the source code. NOBODY SAID A WORD TO ME. My back has already flown away in 3 hours of lying down, I asked for a break and went to smoke, before that I looked at the result of one eye, I didn't like it. As a result, I decided to remove the eyelashes from this eye and leave because I couldn't lie for another 2.5 hours, and I also have other things to do. I told the administrator about it, to which she was just surprised and I did not receive an apology. While they were filming - the remuver got on the eyelid, a wild burning sensation began. Washed away, applied again - the same story. I said that I would buy a remover and take it off myself at home - I took it off for a long time, I was freaking out and as a result I had no build-up, no mood, no nerves. If you want to earn money, think about your customers. I am writing this review not so that the studio comes to its senses, but so that other clients do not get into a similar situation, since I will not return to this studio anymore. There are no complaints about the master, since she had to be provided with a model for working out, or else keep her word and warn me about everything.

But now I just don't have a single positive word, I did my nails, literally the next day everything peeled off when I was doing my nails, the master absolutely does not know how to do even an ordinary manicure, not to mention the coating.... Everything was numb , I changed it twice , one extended nail (medium ) although you don't even have to mark how you can do such a build-up, I'm tired of sitting there for a bunch of hours for the master to make a coating that is done for an hour and a half / two
I made a remark to her several times and told her how to do her nails!!!!!! when I sawed out my nail , I sawed off my skin , it hurt a lot

I decided to write a review a month after going to the salon. Perhaps with the girl who left a review below, we even got to one manicure master. If I'm not mistaken, the master's name is Julia.
I'll start with the fact that my hands were not treated elementary before the procedure, well, that's okay. I had my manicure done for an awfully long time, I don't know what could have been cut off for a long time. The coating is not made professionally from the word at all. The extended nail is something thick, it was the longest of all, until I asked to reduce it, the master replied to me that she was afraid to break it, I got the impression that she did not know how to do the build-up properly at all. The sides of the nails are unpainted. The coating peeled off the big nail after a week. Unfortunately, I saw my manicure normally when I went outside from this basement salon, but since a small child was waiting for me at home, I did not return, but I was disappointed, I used to do my own manicure and I did better than this master. I'm sorry, of course, but I don't want to come back to you. To give 50 rubles for such a disgusting manicure and a terribly extended nail is just terrible!

Her hair had grown too long and was in the way, she wanted a short haircut. It seems like such haircuts are the most difficult, but the master (guy!) I tried very hard, carefully cut my hair in a square for elongation and laid it properly.
I really liked it, although it was my first time here.
Clean and bright interior, friendly people (my long ponytail was even neatly folded and given to me), customer care (I noticed a warning about high steps on the door + in general, during the procedures). :)

Complex coloring in the balayage technique was my pipe dream. No matter which master I went to, no one managed to do it so perfectly as Anastasia's master in this studio. To say that I was disappointed after the procedure is to say nothing. There was no smell of a full-fledged procedure here, the usual hair care outside the house lasting an hour and a half)) I fell for the days of discounts in this institution and here is the result..
I do not recommend visiting this place if you need something besides haircuts and regular hair coloring)
There are also questions for the staff, because despite the preliminary appointment, no one was waiting for me, they assigned me to a master who, it seems, did the procedure for the first time and did not really know how to do it correctly. The wave on the hair, of course, remained)))

I went to them for a haircut just by poking my finger at the screen at the beauty salon nearby. And she became their regular customer.
Although the salon is located in the basement, it is very clean, excellent toilet, comfortable furniture, very pleasant staff. The most friendly administrators. They always communicate very politely, answer all questions. I just came across a great male hairdresser, I've already been to his haircut three times, and everything is just fine, keep your hair in the right position for two or three months, styling is very easy in the morning. And it's not strange to say this, but he cuts straight (unfortunately, he had the experience several times in different places).
In August, I decided to use the epilation service. The procedure went perfectly, the master did everything to make me feel comfortable, since it was my first time. She explained everything, communicated very politely, distracted at the most crucial moments. I'm really happy with the work I've done.
And recently I visited this place again. I injured my finger with a manicure, it is very badly cracked. My master couldn't see me urgently, and I needed to remove the gel from my injured finger. And I decided to find out if the Da Studio would help me with this. The administrator found out from the master, and they recorded it the next day, since I had been writing since the evening. Everything was perfectly filmed, very delicately, everything is fine with the sufferer. The master gave some tips on care.
But prices in this place are a separate big topic. Everything is very democratic for such a level of services, the average price does not hit the wallet at all.
I highly recommend this place, the location is central, the price tag is class, and the craftsmen know their business.
