I bought a wedding dress at this salon. The selection is quite large and the prices are plus or minus adequate. Alexandra helped me choose a dress, a cheerful, friendly girl, I liked everything in principle, because I knew what I wanted and they didn't pin everything on me, but before that I went to 10 salons and many where I didn't hear what I didn't like and didn't understand what I wanted. On the contrary, Alexandra heard me right away and did not "push" anything.
It took a long time to complete the contract, I didn't understand why, but I waited patiently.
As I realized, since I chose the dress at the first fitting, I was given either a discount on the veil, or they just fixed the price on the veil, but that's not the point. The bottom line is that no ONE has ever asked me what kind of veil I want, and in general, if I hadn't asked to show it to me, I understood that the girl who adjusted the dress for me wasn't even going to do it.
I liked the veil, but I didn't really want anything supernatural, and if there are any requests for something more than just tulle, it's better to take the initiative.
As for fitting the dress for me:
1. Having come to the fitting earlier, no one was going to work with me, although the girl who worked with me was free. But of course it's my problem that I came earlier.
2. I bought a dress from the rental (since the lace in which I liked it was no longer sewn) and it was rented between fitting and fitting for me. When they started putting the dress on me, it didn't even fit on me.
Yes, I understand that we are all different sizes, etc., it was sewn on a much smaller girl, BUT at the moment I was very nervous and thought that this was a different dress altogether. After that, for 10 minutes, or maybe more, I sat in my underpants and shoes while they took him apart. Although this could have been done simply by comparing the sizes in advance, which would have significantly saved my time and nerves.
In the end, the girl sewed everything very well and I was satisfied with the result in the end (I don't remember the girl's name)
3. THE MAIN POINT is that the DRY CLEANING of the dress leaves much to be desired.
Yes, the dress was clean and spotless. Naturally, I didn't wear it until the wedding day, and on the most important day for me, after walking in the dress for less than an hour, it started to STINK with sweat! (I wash and use hygiene products, the smell definitely came from the dress)
It was just terrible, I was at a loss and didn't understand how this could be, and I had to spray perfume. This moment significantly undermined my confidence on this important day for me.
Yes, I understand that it wasn't new, but I couldn't even imagine that it could be.
In general, the service is good, the choice of dresses is huge for every taste and color, the prices are acceptable.

When it was time to pick up, they called me and asked when to expect me for measurements. It turned out that the measurements were not taken off me, the seamstress takes them off, but no one explained this to me and we just lost time (a month). There were 2 weeks left before the wedding!! I planned to pick up the dress earlier, but I had to do everything in a hurry and run to the salon right before the wedding, when there are so many worries. I did not like that the consultants did not immediately explain how their process was going on, although I asked. There are no complaints about the dress and the seamstress, but the consultants lack qualifications
