A very similar story happened to us. My wife dyed her hair at the Erteqoob salon in Kharkov on Kultury Street. I tried to find out the price of the service three times beforehand. Several craftsmen proved to her for 20 minutes at once that there was simply no way to even roughly calculate the cost, even within +/- 1000 hryvnia. In general, the wife agreed, counting on a maximum of 2000, taking into account the average price in the city of 1000, and as a result, smiling sweetly, they gave her a check with almost no detail, but with a figure of almost 5000 hryvnia. Well done, Erteqoob, what you do professionally is to breed for money. Apparently, this is a general trend of the company.

Yesterday I was serviced at the EQ salon on Vladimirskaya. Going there, I looked at the price list on the website and chose a master, whose price for a haircut is 500 UAH. At the end of the haircut, the manager demanded 800 UAH from me, without supporting it with any price list, any explanations. When I asked why there were completely different prices on the site, she said that they did not have time to change (why?). When I asked why I wasn't warned at least by phone about the price increase when I signed up, she replied that she thought I knew.
And after all, we are talking about a 70% price increase!
I paid everything I had (700 UAH), although I took this money for other purposes, and although I knew that a haircut would cost 800 UAH, I simply would not go for it.
Now I think that apparently I had all the legal rights to pay exactly 500 - the cost that is indicated in the price list. If it was someone's fault that the price on the site was not changed, which is very easy to do, then why should I pay over? Or maybe the price on the website is hanging for the tax service, and the price for customers is on a strange handwritten leaf in the salon?
I didn't expect this from such a serious company. For me, your image is very seriously undermined, and in general it's kind of a shame that this is practiced in our country.
Even in online stores, where prices for equipment jump strongly in connection with the course, they warn about price increases by phone. And then they silently provided a service, and then such a "surprise". The mood is ruined.
