We visited this store in September, the consultant promised to give feedback. However, he has not contacted us yet. There is an opinion that the store does not employ customer-oriented specialists.
Beautiful furniture, of good quality, with inflated prices and consultants who are incompetent in their work.

The Discovery sofa was bought 4.5 years ago. Immediately after 1 year, the material where the Velcro fasteners are attached began to tear (they were changed under warranty to the same ones). 2 years later, the same song with Velcro. Pillows don't really hold on. I recommend thinking 100 times before buying Furman products.

Sofa “Discovery". The aesthetic appearance lasted for 1.5-2 years. Then this appearance turned into what you see in the photo. The entire surface of the sofa is covered with bumps and hollows.

There is an obvious overkill with prices. They can't really explain what the price is made of. If you are selling a dining table made of ordinary porcelain stoneware, with a metal base for 2600 USD, then please teach your consultants to answer clearly, and not with a question to the question "Have YOU SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS SOMEWHERE ELSE?!". And the intonation is not so kind at once, it went into aggression (it was in the shopping center "Persha", an age blonde) 😂
There are no competitive advantages for furniture, except for "we mow the design for Italy". Wood is not exclusive, like all other raw materials. Then where do such prices come from, gentlemen? Or if MARCH comes, will you also answer "well, we have a disign Fromitali"?!

We visited this store in September . The furniture is of good quality, but not client-oriented employees work, a girl who is younger in age and position was able to explain and show something, a senior woman was clearly annoyed or dissatisfied with something and did not hide it, maybe the clouds were low or the fact that we are from other countries, I cannot say, maybe we are not we were able to please her, but of course we tried. We left contacts and e-mail, whatsapp, tellegu, but nothing has come to this day, so the choice was made in the company of a Sofa, 2 sofas, a bed and kitchen chairs. I do not recommend visiting this particular Showroom, without special training how to please managers when the clouds are heavy).

The store that my husband is afraid to enter)) We leave with an empty wallet. Incredibly responsive and pleasant consultants (especially active Sofia), pleasant atmosphere. The prices are cosmic, but the products are so beautiful that there are no competitors for Furman. There are questions about quality: we bought a sofa at a discount, we were promised to sew it for free during the warranty period up to the buttons. In our case, the plywood bottom of the sofa has dents in three places. This was not the case during delivery, perhaps the assemblers pushed through during installation - I do not know. And since I don't know what the reason is, I don't pull the managers, to whom you can prove that you used the sofa for five minutes at most. In any case, we save up money and come to the store again, because we have not found worthy competitors.
