Next to the largest shopping center Dostyk, a residential area, there are all kinds of services and shops around. The house is new, 3 elevators, underground two-level Parking. Not to say that it was especially clean and well built, on 4 out of 5. The parking lot looks pretty creepy, but you don't live there. There is conditional security, but the access system is conditional, you can safely enter from the street. The house is quiet, all Windows overlook the quiet streets.
There is a very strange numbering of entrances such as block 1/3, block 1/10, it is extremely difficult to explain to couriers where to go.

I live here at the moment. All the disadvantages are covered by the stable construction of the building!))) Of the minuses, at the moment there is weak heating in winter. I would like a more refined parking lot.
