One of the best pilaf centers in Tashkent. The name itself conveys the tradition of cooking Samarkand pilaf. Additives and salads complement the taste of pilaf and create a kind of gastronomic pleasure. A large number of visitors is a confirmation of the rich taste.

The pilaf is excellent . The most important thing is that the pilaf portion is normal. For example, my assistant and I took a lot of pilaf with us.And neither of them had dinner .I haven't been inside, though, and I know there are a lot of people there. But well done.

I briefly visited all over our republic and tried our legendary pilaf almost everywhere.
The most delicious pilaf is made only here, again it is zigirny and Samarkand pilaf.
Pros it's really delicious.
Cons lately, the portions have become small, it used to be tastier.

The location is good. The pilaf is just light and goes away at once. There are enough people here and sometimes there are no places left. The service is excellent, there are many waiters and you will definitely not be left without attention. Recommend.

I can safely say that SamOsh has the best Samarkand pilaf. The food is very tasty. Variety of salads/snacks for pilaf are very pleasing. Salads are also very tasty. It is noticeable that they are doing more than just that.
The delivery service and the call center are working perfectly. The waiters in the restaurant are nimble. The hall is always full to capacity, which indicates the quality has remained unchanged for years.
By the way, I heard that in addition to pilaf at 12:00, they began to cook pilaf in the evening (18:00).

The establishment is located on the second floor. Having tasted the most delicious pilaf there, it will be difficult to go downstairs. If you just roll down like a ball!🤣
The portion is huge, I couldn't finish the bottom of the plate for 30 minutes. There are a lot of people at lunch! That says something!

I will remember the evening cauldron at 18:00 in SamOsh with amazing Samarkand pilaf for a long time. It's very tasty.
And so, in order.
The service is beyond praise. We were met, planted, literally warmed with genuine attention))
I didn't even notice how the Achichuk salad ended up on my table. I don't remember ordering it. Either they bring it by default, or they read thoughts))) but it turned out to be somehow unexpected and pleasant. And delicious, by the way!
Then the pilaf itself was brought. He's just amazing, guys! A piece of kaza is also not bad! Pepper, of course, I tried it too, but it's too much for me)))
The tea is delicious, the tortilla is probably daytime, but nothing could spoil my mood.
I am very satisfied. Will I come here again? Definitely yes! If possible, I will bring my family and... friends, of course.
Thank you for the real pilaf and deep immersion in the national cuisine!

For me, this is the best pilaf in Tashkent. He's the only one I get high from. The quality is still excellent. Everything is always busy. Come on Friday at 12:30~13:00 and a place will be provided for you, since everyone is at Friday prayer. On other days, you can stand for 30 minutes waiting for a free table.

The pilaf is delicious, but there are a lot of people there. And because of this, you can wait up to 20 minutes until a space is available. Waiters often confuse orders and can bring what they didn't order, and sometimes they don't even bring what they ordered.

Excellent pilaf on zigra! In my humble subjective opinion, the pilaf here is one of the best in all of Tashkent, there are also "Paishanbah" and "balo howz", but they cook relatively better here. Delicious Samarkand pilaf with delicious spicy tomato juice and a standard set of salads for pilaf.
The fact that there is nowhere to park at lunch says a lot: people go to places where it is delicious.
4 only for the fact that the room cannot cope with the influx: if you are a little late, look
at the tables where people are already eating and stand and catch the vacant seats, which does not add comfort to the resulting taste orgasm :-), because pilaf should be eaten steadily and calmly, and after it drink tea and talk about That's about it.
and when customers are still standing over you, waiting for a delicious pilaf: there is no time to sit down and be measured.
Eat pilaf, drink tea and make room for others.

Probably one of the most delicious Samarkand pilaf in Tashkent.
But there is one significant disadvantage - it becomes uncomfortable to have lunch there closer to one o'clock. Every two minutes, people come up to you asking if the table is occupied after you. And those who took the place after you are standing nearby and waiting for you to eat.
In such conditions, lunch ceases to be pleasant, and pilaf no longer seems so tasty.

One of the 5 places in Tashkent where the best pilaf is prepared. Moreover, the best places in Tashkent can be considered the best in Uzbekistan, since entrepreneurs lure the best chefs to Tashkent or Samarkand or in third place to Bukhara. As one of the top 5 places said, the promoted osh Markazi (pilaf center) is not included in this top. The pilaf is in Samarkand, but not quite as all the dishes pay tribute to Tashkent and interfere a little. In general, you will not regret coming in

Delicious pilaf!
If you order everything on the spot, but the delivery is very bad, very bad.
You can order delivery only through their bot, which works at a time, or through their number, which responds to you every 10 minutes, + delivery should take from 40 to 70 minutes, but I waited for more than an hour for delivery, no news, asked for the courier's number, called, and he just left. The institution suffers terribly in this regard.
